この発明は照明器具昇降装置に関するものであ

従来、工場、体育館等の高天井に設けられる照
明器具の設置装置として、安全な保守点検のため
第1図に示すような照明器具昇降装置が用いられ
ている。図において、1は照明器具2の取付けら
れた昇降体であり、昇降体1は巻取ドラム3から
繰り出された吊索4の下端に取付けられている。
巻取ドラム3は建物の天井の装置本体5に設置さ
れ、駆動装置すなわちモータ6に減速機7を介し
て接続されている。昇降体1の上面にはロツク用
凹部8を有するガイド棒9が設けられ、昇降体1
の上昇時において前記ロツク用凹部8に係合する
ロツク用ソレノイド10が装置本体5に設けられ
ている。これら凹部8とソレノイド10とでロツ
ク機構10′が構成されている。また、装置本体
5の下面に給電用の固定接点11が設けられ、か
つ昇降体1に前記固定接点11と弾接する可動接
点12が設けられている。すなわち、可動接点1
2はガイド棒9の外周に遊嵌した環状支持体1
2′に上下移動可能に取付けられ、環状支持体1
2′と昇降体1の上面との間に接点圧付与手段と
して圧縮コイルばねからなる接点圧ばね13が設
けられている。また、可動接点12と環状支持体
12′との間に補助の接点圧ばね13′が設けられ
ている。 2. および連結索16により、接点圧ばね13の不能

イド10で昇降体1をロツクした時においても、
可動接点12は引き下げられたままとなる。その
ため、巻取ドラム3のモータに接点圧による負荷
がかかることがない。ロツク後に巻取ドラム3の
逆転によつて吊索4を弛めると、吊索4による可
動接点12の引張りが解除され、接点圧ばね13
によつて可動接点12が固定接点11に正規の正
点圧で圧接する。この時、巻取ドラム3のモータ
の負荷は0である。したがつて、モータおよびそ
の減速機とも昇降重量に必要なだけの最低減の設
計が行なえる。第5図は昇降時からロツク時にわ
たつての前記モータの負荷を示す。また、吊索4
に作用する負荷も昇降重量分だけとなり一定であ
るため、巻取ドラム3内において既に巻取られた
吊索部分間に新たに巻かれる吊索4部分が喰い込
むということがなく、巻取ドラム3の円滑な回転
が得られる。なお、巻取ドラム3を手動式とした
場合においても、巻取り力の負荷の軽減が前記と

装置本体の下面に設けられて前記可動接点に接触
する下向きの固定接点と、前記昇降体に立設され
てロツク用の凹部を側面に有するガイド棒と、前
記装置本体に設けられて前記昇降体の上昇端で前
記ガイド棒の前記凹部に係合し前記昇降体をロツ
クするロツク機構とを備えたものであるため、昇
降体の上昇時には吊索に接点圧が加わらず、昇降
体を上昇端でロツク機構によりロツクし、巻取ド
ラムの逆転によつて吊索を緩めると接点圧ばねに
よつて可動接点が固定接点に正規の接点圧で接触
する。そのため、接点圧が吊索の巻取ドラムに作
用することがなく、モータおよび減速機、吊索等
