従来、此種トラクタのキヤビンの後部窓を上下
2段となし、且つ、該後部窓が、上端部を回動中
心として上下に一体的に開閉されるようにした後

うに、上端部のヒンジを回動中心として外側方向
の上下に開閉するのであるから、その回転軌跡が
大であり、依つてトラクタの後部に作業機を連結
しているとき、この後部窓の開放時に該後部窓が
前記作業機に接触するので、大きく開放すること
が困難であつた。更に、上下窓を夫々独立して開
閉自在とした後部窓が実開昭53−100628号公報に
記載されている。而して、この公報記載のもの
は、キヤビンの後部窓をキヤビンの内側の座席側
に回動して開放自在にしたものであるが、このと
き、単に該後部窓を座席側に回動せしめれば、こ
の回転軌跡内に座席が存在することになるので、
座席をこの回転軌跡外まで移動可能にしたもので
ある。即ち、該後部窓をキヤビン内側にて開放せ
んとするときには、必ず座席自体を前進せしめね
ばならない。然るときは、座席近傍には種々の機
器が設けられており、該座席を前進せしめれば、
それだけ狭くなつて不都合を生じる場合がある。
そこで、トラクタに連結した作業機等に支障を来
たさず、且つ、運転席を前方に移動せずして、後
部窓を充分に開放できるようにするために解決せ

放したとき、前記上部窓の内側にて止着せられる
ように形成したことを特徴とする乗用農機に於け
るキヤビンの後部窓を提供せんとするものであ

部窓全体を少々後方に開き、そして下部窓を閉塞
すれば、後部窓全体も後方の作業機に接衝せず、
更に、下部窓も前方の座席に接衝せずして下部窓
の開閉操作ができる。依つて、座席の位置は前後
に摺動せしめる必要がなくなり、下部窓の開放に
て換気はもとより、後方の作業機の調整が該下部
窓の開放部を介して自在に行うことができるので

部後縁部材6に固設している係止片7に係止せら
れるが、後部窓錠5の把手5bを回動して前記掛
金5aを前記係止片7より解脱すれば、第3図に
示すように後部窓4を外側方向に開放できること
になる。而して、この後部窓4は上部窓8と下部
窓9に分割されており、更に、上部窓8は上部枠
10及び中間枠11間に取付けられ、下部窓9は
その上端部をヒンジ13にて前記中間枠11にキ
ヤビン1の内側方向のみにて開閉自在に蝶着され
ている。そして、ダンパーシリンダ14aのピス
トンロツド14bがゆるやかに出没できるように
形成したオイルダンパの如きダンパ機構14を後
部窓4の側枠15と上部窓8に夫々連結してあ
る。又、前記上部枠10及び中間枠11等には
夫々シール材16,16…が設けられているが、
下部枠12のシール材及び下部窓9の下端部に設
けたシール材は夫々マグネツト入のシール材16
aとしている。斯くして、該マグネツトの作用に
て下部窓9を開放して上部枠10の内側面に当接
したとき該マグネツトは上部枠10の内側面に吸
着して止着し、更に、該下部窓9を閉塞したとき
も夫々のマグネツトが吸着して止着する。依つ
て、仮に、後部窓錠5の施錠を忘れていても、該
