上述のように種々の問題が存在していた。 Generally, mobile transformers are used temporarily in place of substation transformers in the event of an accident or periodic inspection of an existing substation, or in the case of replacing substation equipment or major improvement work. The above mobile transformer is
As shown in Fig. 1, an oil tank 1 containing the contents of the transformer together with insulating oil is firmly attached to a trailer frame 2, and when in use, the high-pressure bushing 3 on the top of the oil tank 1 is removed from the oil tank due to height restrictions during transportation. 1, the mobile transformer 4 was moved to the site of use, and the high-voltage bushing 3 was assembled to the oil tank 1 at the site, and then the mobile transformer was used. However, since the mobile transformer 4 is used as an emergency replacement for an existing transformer, it is frequently moved from a storage location to a usage location and then to the next usage location. Each time the mobile transformer was moved, it was necessary to remove it from the oil tank 1 and reassemble it. Conventionally, when attaching the high pressure bushing 3 to the oil tank 1, for example, as shown in FIG. Ropes c and d are tied to b, the rope c on the head a side is connected to the upper end of the chain block 8 through the hook 7 of the crane 6, and the rope d on the base b side is directly connected to the lower end of the chain block 8,
First, the high-pressure bushing 3 is lifted up vertically by the crane 6 and removed from the storage box 5 in the inclined state stored in the storage box 5 as shown in FIG. 4A, and then the chain block 8 is Operate in the direction in which the load chain 9 is extended,
As shown in FIG. 4B, the high-pressure bushing 3 is gradually changed from an inclined state to a vertical state, and after the high-pressure bushing 3 is made vertical, it is lifted up to above the bushing mounting part 10 of the oil tank 1, and the high-pressure bushing The bushing 3 is lowered and its base b is housed in the bushing mounting part 10 via the bottomed cylindrical insulating shielding tube 11, and then the opening of the insulating shielding tube 11 is covered and fixed on the cover 12. The flange 14 of the high pressure bushing 3 is attached to the mounted mounting seat 13.
By tightening the bolts, high pressure bushing 3
was installed vertically above oil tank 1. Moreover, the installation of the high-pressure bushing 3 by the above-mentioned method involves first pulling out the high-pressure bushing 3 stored in an inclined state from the storage box 5 using the chain block 8 and the two ropes c and d, and then removing the chain block. Since the high-pressure bushing 3 had to be rotated vertically and installed in the oil tank 1 by slow operation, the installation work was very time-consuming and troublesome. In particular, when the high-pressure bushing 3 is turned vertically by operating the chain block 8, the high-pressure bushing 3 is hoisted by the crane 6 and suspended in the air, so if the chain block 8 is not operated carefully, the high-pressure bushing 3 will sway violently. However, as a result, there was a drawback that the chain block 8 became difficult to operate. Also, when removing the high-pressure bushing 3 from the oil tank 1, first lift it above the oil tank 1 using the crane 6, then lower it vertically, operate the chain block 8 in the opposite direction to the installation process, and hoist the load chain 9 to remove the high pressure. Since the bushing 3 had to be tilted at an angle that would allow it to be stored in the storage box 5, there was a problem similar to that at the time of installation. Furthermore, a chain block 8 is connected between the crane 6 and the high pressure bushing 3 in addition to the ropes c and d.
This required time and effort to operate and was extremely uneconomical. As described above, the conventional bushing installation method is time-consuming and labor-intensive, and it is not recommended as a bushing installation method for equipment that is frequently moved from one site to the next, such as a mobile transformer. Not optimal,
As mentioned above, various problems existed.

きる。 When storing high-pressure bushings, the present invention stores and fixes the base of the bushing in a storage tube rotatably provided in a storage box, and the head is received and supported by a support plate so that the bushing is stored at the same angle as the storage box. For example, when high-pressure bushings are stored on their side, the nitrogen gas in the head of the bushing, which is sealed with insulating oil inside the bushing, is stored at an angle. By moving in the direction,
When the bushing is installed vertically on the transformer, when nitrogen gas moves toward the head of the bushing, some of it becomes bubbles and remains in the insulating oil or adheres to the wall inside the bushing. However, the presence of these air bubbles may deteriorate the electrical properties of the insulating oil, which is completely different from the case where the oil is used after a considerable amount of time has passed until the air bubbles disappear. Since the high-pressure bushing can be stored in advance at an angle so that it is always present on the internal nitrogen gas head side, there is almost no chance of nitrogen gas bubbles forming in the insulating oil when installing the high-pressure bushing. It can be immediately attached to a mobile transformer needed in an emergency, and equipment can be put into operation quickly.

ができる。 Moreover, since the high-pressure bushing is rotatably stored in the storage box at an angle, it can be quickly and easily raised without placing any special burden on the bushing. Furthermore, the storage cylinder that stores the base of the bushing is vertically mounted on the base of the storage box so that it can rotate while maintaining a distance from the floor, and when the bushing is raised, it collides with the storage box and is damaged. Since the bushing is always held vertically when stored, the base of the bushing can be easily stored by lowering the bushing vertically and stored at an angle in a storage box. can do.

できる。 In addition, the suspension device used when hoisting a high-pressure bushing is such that a supporting metal fitting attached to it is sandwiched inside the umbrella part of the bushing, and the hanging device is attached to this supporting metal fitting and protrudes outward from the inside of the umbrella part. An arm rod rotatably attached to a shaft is hung on a crane, and the arm rod is pulled by the crane so that the bushing can be lifted out of the storage box around the pivot portion of the storage tube. Therefore, when lifting the bushing, the arm rod sequentially pulls up the bushing on the outside of the bushing's umbrella, and gradually rotates parallel to the bushing so that the bushing can be lifted by the crane, thereby preventing damage to the bushing. The bushing can be pulled up and lifted smoothly without any local pressure on a part of the bushing that impairs its function.
