本発明は、二輪自動車、特にフアミリーバイク
と称される小型二輪自動車に用いられるデイスク

従来、この種ホイール1は、第1図及び第2図
に示すように、連成ロールにより形成された一体
部材よりなるリム2とボス3とを複数の腕5aを
有する板状のスポークデイスク5で連接し、更に
デイスク5はプレス加工によりその中央部分が皿
状に成形され、該皿状部5bにカツプ状のハブ6
を嵌合し、更に該ハブ6をボス3及びデイスク5
の皿状部5bに溶着すると共に、その中にブレー
キシユー7を配置して形成した。ところで、該ホ
イール1のリム2は連成ロールにより成形されて
いるので、成形時に歪みが発生し、該リム2の歪
みはワイヤースポークの場合、組立て時に吸収す
ることができるが、デイスク5で固着する場合は
吸収することができず、ホイール1として完成さ
れた後も歪みが残り、ホイール1の精度を悪くし
ていた。また、第3図に示すように、プレス加工
により形成した2枚のリム片2′a,2′bをボル
ト9により連結して構成したデイスクホイール
1′も案出されているが、該ホイール1′は一方の
リム片2′aによりデイスク5′及びハブ6′をも
一体に構成するため、プレス加工が大変複雑にな
ると共に、他方のリム片2′bは中央部が大きく
打抜かれ、該打抜かれた円板状鋼板はスクラツプ
となり、材料の無駄が極めて大きく、コストアツ

た小径円板状鋼板によりカツプ状のハブを形成す
ることを特徴とし、もつて精度及び強度の優れた
ホイールを、比較的簡単なプレス加工により無駄
のない材料取りによつて安価に製造し得る二輪自
動車用デイスクホイールの製造方法を提供するこ

り、ボス13を除き、ホイール11全体が2枚の

の外径部分が一方のリム片12′のフランジ1
2′a及びビード12′bを形成し、更にその中央
部分は接合平面図15a、嵌合膨出部15b及び
皿状部15cよりなるデイスク15が形成されて
いる。また、他方の鋼板19は中央部分が打抜か
れ、円環状鋼板19aと小径円板状鋼板19bと
に分けられる。円環状鋼板19aは他方のリム片
12″のフランジ12″a及びビード12″bを形
成し、更に接合平面部15′aを形成する。また、
小径円板状鋼板19bはデイスク15の皿状部1
5cに底面及び側面の一部が嵌合するカツプ状の
ハブ16を形成する。更に、両接合平面部15
a,15′aに固定具用の孔21を穿設し、また
ビード12″bにバルブ用の孔22を穿設し、更
に皿状部15c及びハブ16の底面中央部にプレ
ス加工によりボス13用の孔23,25を形成す
ると共に、その周囲に固定用の鍔26,27をそ
れぞれ形成し、またデイスク15の嵌合膨出部1
5bに適宜な孔29を打抜く。以上により製造さ
れたリム片12′a及びデイスク15の一体部品
を、まず鍔26によりボス13に溶着し、更にハ
ブ16をデイスク15の皿状部15cに嵌合し
て、その底面を皿状部15cにスポツト溶接する
と共にその鍔27をボス13に溶着する。また、
タイヤ装着と共に、リム片12″を、鋼板19b
を打抜いた後の孔30にデイスク15の嵌合膨出
部15bを嵌合して位置決めし、更に両接合平面
部15a,15′aの孔21にボルト31を差込
み、ナツト32を締付けることにより、リム12
を構成し、デイスクホイール11が組立てられ

簡単なプレス加工で足りるので、正確に加工でき
ると共に加工費を大幅に低減することができ、更
に、他方の鋼板19は打抜きにより円環状鋼板1
9aと小径円板状鋼板19bとに分けられ、円環
状鋼板19aによりリム片12″を構成すると共
に、小径円板状鋼板19bによりハブ16を構成
するので、材料取りを有効に行なうことができ、
材料費の低減をも図ることができる。以上効果が
総合して、精度及び強度の優れたホイール11を
