DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to formwork for supports and walls of concrete buildings, and more particularly to formwork with joints. In concrete construction, there are joint lines between the formwork for concrete pouring on the finished surfaces of the columns and walls, so these joint lines must be erased after the concrete is poured. requires a considerable amount of man-hours. The present invention provides a formwork that does not have the above-mentioned seam line when the concrete is exposed, and furthermore, the concrete surface has an arbitrary concave pattern formed in place of the seam line, thereby saving the trouble of removing the seam line after pouring the concrete, and at the same time, The purpose of this product is to provide a concrete formwork that can be used to create a concrete surface with a patterned surface that looks good.It is used as a formwork for forming a wall surface, and has a finish on the inner surface of the formwork to make the concrete surface smooth. In a formwork that uses multiple double-plate formworks in parallel with attached concrete abutment plates, the concrete abutment plate of one of the adjacent formworks can be extended to connect the concrete abutment plate of the other formwork. The structure has a joint that is superimposed on the inner surface of the contact plate and is secured on the inner surface of the overlapping part by bolting from the outer surface of the outer concrete contact plate of the formwork. An example using upper and lower formwork will be explained with reference to the drawings.

Figure 1 shows pillars 2 that form three-sided walls 1a, 1b, and 1c.
Column part 2 in front of the walls 1a and 1b (lower part of the figure)
3 is a plan view of the conventional concrete formwork shown in FIG. The formworks 4a, 4b, 4c of the concrete column 2a (on three sides) are held by supports 5 via presser bolts 6, and concrete is poured into the formworks 4a, 4b, 4c. However, if the formwork is a single piece extending from the ceiling to the floor, it will not be possible to install it or remove it after the concrete has solidified. AA sectional view shown, i.e. support 5 in Figure 1.
The formwork is divided into three parts: upper (formwork 4a), middle (formwork 4a'), and lower (formwork 4a''), as shown in (showing the state in which the left side part of is cut and formwork 4c is removed). be done.
Three supports are also used: upper 5, middle 5', and lower 5''. In Figure 2, 7 is the ceiling surface and 8 is the floor surface. In other words, if there is only one formwork 4a, 4b, 4c, the concrete After pouring, the upper and lower ends of the concrete are stuck to the ceiling surface 7 and floor surface 8 and cannot be removed, so an intermediate formwork 4a' is inserted between the upper formwork 4a and the lower formwork 4a'', and the concrete is solidified. Back above formwork 4
a, 4a', 4a'' are removable so that the intermediate formwork 4
As shown in the figure, a' is made into a tapered shape that expands slightly outward. If this is done, when removing each formwork, it is sufficient to first pull out the intermediate formwork 4a' and then remove the upper formwork 4a and the lower formwork 4a''. Since the formwork is a mating formwork, it is inevitable that two seam lines 9 and 10 remain after the formwork is removed, as shown in FIG.

The formwork according to the present invention is shown in FIG. 3 in an enlarged side view similar to FIG. 2. That is, instead of using a formwork divided into three parts as in the conventional method, two formworks are used, an upper formwork 11 and a lower formwork 12, and the concrete abutting plate 12' of the lower formwork 12 is extended upward, and the concrete contact plate 12' is extended upward. The outer surface of the contact plate 12' is brought into contact with the inner surface of the lower part of the formwork 11, and the upper formwork 11 and the lower formwork 1
A slight gap 13 is provided between the two. The patterned joints 14 are held in contact with the inner surface of the upper formwork 11 and the inner surface of the concrete contact plate 12' of the lower formwork 12. The joint 14 spans the full width of the concrete column 2. Therefore, the joint 14 is held by its holding butterfly bolt 15 as described below. There are a plurality of holding butterfly bolts 15.
It was mentioned above that the joint 14 is the full width of the concrete column, but of course
b and 4c (in the column as shown in FIG. 1) form a complete structure when combined, so the end of each joint 14 is formed at an angle of 45°. That is, a plan view of only the joints 14 when the respective formworks are assembled is shown in FIG. 4. FIG. 5 is a view taken along arrow B in FIG. 4, and reference numeral 16 indicates a fitting recess of the concrete abutment plate 12' of the lower formwork 12.

The joint 14 is connected to the formwork 11 as shown in FIG.
It is screwed from the outside with butterfly bolts 15, and is provided with a long hole 18 at the bottom of the concrete abutting plate 17 of the upper formwork 11 through which the butterfly bolt 15 is passed, and a hole 18 in the lower formwork 12. There is also a hole 1 for passing the butterfly bolt 15 through the concrete contact plate 12'.
Equipped with 9. The bolt insertion holes 18 at the bottom of the concrete abutment plate 17 of the upper formwork 11 are made into elongated holes, even if there is a slight difference in height from the ceiling surface 7 to the floor surface 8. This is to make the upper surface of the upper formwork 11 exactly match the ceiling surface, and the lower surface of the lower formwork 12 exactly match the floor surface, with a margin of . Then, the joint 14 is fastened and held to the concrete abutting plate 17 of the upper formwork 11 through the two bolt insertion holes with the butterfly bolt 15 via the washer 20. A front view of this part as viewed from arrow C is shown in FIG.

With this structure, to remove the formwork after the concrete has solidified, remove the supports 5, 5'', loosen the butterfly bolts 15, and lower the upper formwork 11 a little into the gap 13 with the lower formwork. For example, the upper and lower formworks 11 and 12 and the joint 14 can be removed.
FIG. 7 shows a needle perspective view of the mold with all the formwork and joints removed. As described above, according to the formwork using joints according to the present invention, no seam lines remain on the concrete surface after pouring concrete, and instead, the concave shape of pattern joints 14 is formed.

The pattern formed by the joints 14 can be formed into various appropriate shapes by making the shapes of the joints arbitrary, and the concrete surface can be formed into a desired concave shape.

The above embodiments have been described using pillars as an example and upper and lower formworks, but wall surfaces and left and right formworks can also be used to prevent seams from appearing by using the formwork with joints as described above. It is constructed on a concrete surface with a concave pattern.

As described above, according to the formwork according to the present invention, it is possible to create a concrete surface of any suitable shape without leaving a joint line of the formwork, and furthermore, it is possible to create a concrete surface of any suitable shape while the concrete is being poured.
