うに抜け止め固定する筒状の抜け止め具の製造方
法とその製造治具に関するものであり、詳しく
は、丸孔1の内周面に周方向に間隔をへだてて複
数本の凹所2を形成するとともに凹所開口縁に切
断エツジ3を形成した雌型4内に金属筒5を挿入
し、円柱状体の外面に周方向に間隔をへだて周方
向に厚みを有する切羽6を複数本突設するととも
に円柱状体の先端の切羽部分に先端側程径小とな
るテーパー部7を形成した雄型8を金属筒5内部
に押込み、切羽6と切断エツジ3との協同で切羽
6の略厚さに相当する金属筒部分を凹所2内に押
出し切断し、そののち、押出し切断された切屑9
を根元部からプレス切断することを特徴とするア
ンカーボルトの抜け止め具の製造方法を特定発明
とし、併せて、丸孔1の内周面に周方向に間隔を
へだてて複数本の凹所2を形成するとともに凹所
開口縁に切断エツジ3を形成した雌型4と円柱状
体の外面に周方向に間隔をへだて周方向に厚みを
有する切羽6を複数本突設するとともに円柱状体
の先端の切羽6部分に先端側程径小となるテーパ
ー部7を形成した雄型8と、雌型4の丸孔1と同
芯同径の円孔10を有し、かつ切羽6の厚さに相
当する金属筒部分が切羽6と切断エツジ3で凹所
2内に押込み切断された切屑9の根元部に当接し
て前記切羽6先端との協同で切屑9を切り離す切
断刃11を有する切屑切断型12とから成ること
を特徴とするアンカーボルトの抜け止め具の製造

に、金属筒5を雌型4の丸孔1内に配し、下端を
ノツクアウトピン(後述)を介して基台14で受
けられている金属筒5に対してプレス装置(図示
せず)に取付けられている雄型8を矢印方向に下
降させ、雄型8の金属筒5内への挿入に伴つて、
切羽6先端のテーパー部7のエツジ13と雌型4
の切断エツジ3の協同で、金属筒5部分を切羽6
の厚さに相当する巾にわたつて凹所2内に外方に
切り倒し、金属筒5に複数本の切欠きbをプレス
にて一挙に形成できるようにしてある。実施例に
おいては凹所2、切羽6の数を4本にしたが、こ

部を切断された切屑9が基台14の下方に落下排

て生産性を向上させることができ、加えてプレス
故、多数本の切欠きも一挙に行うことができ、全
体としての生産性を大巾に向上させることができ
るという利点がある。更に併合発明にあつては、
特定発明の効果に加えて、切屑切断型には、切屑
の根元部に当接して切羽先端との協同で切屑を切
り離す切断刃を形成してあるが故に、雄型により
切屑を切出したのち、その切羽先端で切屑を切り
離すことができ、つまり、切羽先端に切屑を切り
離す機能を持たせることで、治具構成を簡素化で
