Conceivable. In this conventional method, a heat insulating material is first laid on the surface of the flat roof to be heat-insulated and waterproof, and the peripheral edge of this heat-insulating material is fixed by a peripheral joint piece having a cross-section L topography having a sheet joint surface. A large number of intermediate joint pieces having sheet joint surfaces are fixed from above the insulation material to the internal required parts of the surface, and then the peripheral joint pieces and the intermediate joint pieces are sequentially attached while spreading the waterproof sheet wound into a roll over the surface of the insulation material. The method used was to apply adhesive to the joining surfaces of the sheets, and then layer the rewound waterproof sheet on top of it.

There was a risk that the waterproof sheet would be joined to the joining piece while still wrinkled. On the other hand, since the waterproof sheet is sequentially joined to the joint piece while being rewound, the waterproof sheet may be joined to the joint piece while stress is generated in the waterproof sheet during tensioning. If this occurs, the tarpaulin sheet will not be able to expand and contract freely due to temperature changes, resulting in rapid deterioration of the tarpaulin sheet, and this premature deterioration of the tarpaulin sheet will also cause the insulation material to deteriorate quickly. The drawback was that the insulation and waterproofing effect was significantly impaired.

At the same time, it is possible to add insulation properties to the roof, and the tarpaulin sheet can be installed with a very simple work, and the tarpaulin sheet does not wrinkle, making it easy to install. We would like to provide a method that can prevent the early deterioration of the tarpaulin sheet without residual internal stress during tensioning, has good workability, is excellent in construction, and can achieve reliable insulation and waterproofing. There it is.

Thereafter, a peripheral edge joint piece 14 having an L-shaped cross section and a sheet joint surface is attached to the peripheral edge of the roof 23 with screws 27, similar to those conventionally attached to rising walls at the peripheral edge of a flat roof. , while fixing the periphery of the heat insulating material 22, intermediate joining pieces 17 are placed on the upper surface of the insulating material 22 at predetermined intervals and facing the straw bars 25, and penetrating the insulating material 22 and the metal plate 26. The intermediate joint piece 17 and the heat insulating material 22 are attached to the cover rod 25 all at once using a screw 27 having a strength of 27.

As No. 1, thermoplastic synthetic resins are used, among which polyvinyl chloride is the most common. A unit of the waterproof sheet 11 is wound into a roll, and usually has a length of 15 m to 20 m and a width of 1.5 to 2.0 m. By sequentially laying the units of the waterproof sheet 11 on the upper surface of the heat insulating material 22 and gluing adjacent parts of the units, one large waterproof sheet is completed. Further, as the adhesive, for example, a solvent such as tetrahydrofuran (THF), which can weld the waterproof sheet and the film of the joining piece, is used.

An adhesive syringe 20 is prepared so that the adhesive is forced out from the tip of the needle 21 by applying pressure to the adhesive inside, and the portion of the waterproof sheet 11 that overlaps each intermediate joint piece 17 is prepared. Then, the needle 21 of the adhesive injector 20 is penetrated, and the adhesive in the adhesive injector 20 is injected between the waterproof sheet 11 and the intermediate joining piece 17, and the injected adhesive is inserted into the waterproof sheet 11. The waterproof sheet 11 is joined to the intermediate joint piece 17 by pressing from above and spreading it along the sheet joint surface 19a of the intermediate joint piece 17 with this adhesive.

A large number of intermediate joint pieces 17 having sheet joint surfaces 19a are fixed to the periphery of the heat insulating material 22, and a large number of intermediate joint pieces 17 having sheet joint surfaces 19a are arranged in required parts inside the heat insulating material 22.
a step of fixing the waterproof sheet 11 to the straw rod 25 of the roof 23 from above the heat insulating material 22; a step of covering the surface of the heat insulating material 22 with the waterproof sheet 11 and joining the entire periphery of the waterproof sheet 11 to the peripheral joint piece 14; It has an adhesive storage part 28 and a needle 21 attached to the tip thereof in a communicating manner, and by applying pressure to the adhesive in the storage part 28, the adhesive is forced out from the tip of the needle 21. Adhesive syringe 20
Prepare each intermediate joining piece 17 of the waterproof sheet 11.
Insert the needle 21 of the adhesive syringe 20 into the area overlapping the
At the same time, the adhesive in the adhesive injector 20 is injected between the waterproof sheet 11 and the intermediate joint piece 17, and the injected adhesive is pressed from above the waterproof sheet 11 to separate the sheet of the intermediate joint piece 17. Joint surface 19
This process consists of the steps of spreading the waterproof sheet 11 along the direction a and joining the waterproof sheet 11 to the intermediate joint piece 17 using this adhesive. By attaching this, it is possible to completely stop rain leakage and provide complete waterproofness to the roof 23, and at the same time, it is possible to provide the roof 23 with heat insulation properties. Moreover, waterproof sheet 11
Since the roof 23 can be stretched with very simple work, the roof 23 can be easily remodeled, and since the waterproof sheet 11 is not wrinkled, the outer surface of the roof 23 has a clean finish. Furthermore, since no internal stress remains in the tarpaulin sheet 11 when it is stretched, the tarpaulin sheet 11 can freely expand and contract due to temperature changes. By being protected by such a waterproof sheet 11, the heat insulating material 22 on the inside is not likely to deteriorate, so the heat insulating and waterproofing effect can be maintained over a long period of time, making it possible to remodel the metal sheet roof 23. It can be done very effectively.
