ダンパー開度の調整などが必要であり、それぞれ
部品ごとにねじを取外したり、調整したりする時
間を要し大変であつた。またパイロツトバーナ自
体の燃焼状態も各ガス種によつて異なり、炎孔間
の火移り時間などもバラツキがあり、性能上の課
題、調整作業の難しさ、部品コスト等の課題が多
いという欠点があつた。

臨ませた熱電対エレメント8がある。9は前記各
部品を取付けているベース板である。パイロツト
バーナ1のガス入口側には一次空気口10と両側
にはスリツト11が設けてあり、さらに各ガス種
に対応する一次空気口12と前記スリツトに対応
するスリツト13を有する一次空気調節器14と
前記スリツトおよび前記スリツトに対応するスリ
ツト15を有するパイロツトノズル16を互に嵌
合させ、ピン17を前記3つのスリツトに差し込
むことにより固定するように構成されている。第
2図にはパイロツトノズル16部の嵌合状態断面
図を示した。18はパイロツトバーナ端面であ
り、一次空気調整器14の切欠き19と嵌合して
回転を止めるようになつている。

裏に異径の一次空気口12を明けてあり、この径
によつて一次空気を調整する。パイロツトバーナ
1、一次空気調整器14、パイロツトノズル16
およびピン17はワンタツチ固定されており、着
脱が特に容易である。
