The present invention relates to a device for spraying repair of damaged parts, and particularly to a device for repairing a furnace wall by spraying monolithic refractories in a hot state without completely shutting down or cooling the furnace.

It's being done.

There are two methods:

The equipment is brought in, the furnace is constructed, the refractories are sprayed, the refractories are dried, and the temperature inside the furnace is raised before restarting operations, so it only takes a long time from shutdown to normal operation. Moreover, the heat loss during this process is large, and the poor working environment poses problems for maintaining the health and safety of workers.

の強度保持上好ましくない。 On the other hand, the latter repair method, which is performed hot from outside the furnace, has the advantage of being able to perform repairs without completely stopping the operation and use of the furnace, but on the other hand, the height of the furnace is high, especially for blast furnaces where only the shaft part has a height of 20 m and a diameter. If the length is more than 10 meters, when repairing the furnace, make many incisions in the steel shell and furnace wall, install large manholes for work, insert the spray nozzle of the repair material through these openings, and spray manually. Repair work is being carried out. This is because the range that can be sprayed at one location is limited, which is not preferable in terms of maintaining the strength of the furnace body.

を有する。 In addition, there is a lot of rebound loss of the sprayed repair material due to construction constraints, and there is also a lack of accuracy in determining the repair location and construction details, resulting in a lack of spraying accuracy and construction reliability, so much can not be expected to extend the life of the furnace wall. In addition, it requires a large number of workers, and the productivity of spraying work is low at about 2 tons per man-hour.Furthermore, the work deck equipment around the furnace body, the opening and closing of large manholes, and the long spray nozzle inside the furnace. It has many disadvantages, such as requiring complicated work such as insertion and removal from the machine, and in addition, it involves high-temperature, heavy-duty work, which poses health and safety problems for workers.

Although repairs are being carried out, it is difficult to accurately assess the location and status of damage to the furnace wall from outside the furnace, resulting in the problem that the work cannot be done effectively.

Fig. 1 is a side view showing the state in which the repair device is installed, in which 1 is a refractory-lined furnace wall of a kiln to be repaired, and 2 is an upper part of the kiln. manhole or opening, 3 is the upper working deck, 4 is the upper working deck 3
Cantilever arm 5 with arm traverse device installed above
This is a device that holds the metal movably outside the furnace, extends it almost horizontally into the furnace, and then retreats it out of the furnace. Therefore, a traverse motor, a speed reducer, a traverse roller, a pushing roller, a side roller, a movement position display meter, etc. are built in to move the arm to any horizontal position and stop it. (These are not shown).

The trolley reciprocates on the cantilever arm by being connected to a running wire 8, which is moved by the trolley, but the trolley may also be an electric trolley. Inside the trolley 6, a spraying machine main body 9 is stored horizontally when it is outside the furnace. When the trolley is moved into the furnace, as shown in FIG.
The lower part of the spraying machine main body 9 is brought close to the opening 2 by tilting the sprayer main body 9 at a close distance.

In other words, the opening area of the upper manhole of a kiln is usually very narrow. For example, the movable armor hole of a blast furnace is only about 1.300 mm in height, so it is difficult to insert a spraying machine with a height higher than that into the furnace while standing upright. Also, the spray nozzle 1 shown in FIG.
1 to the lower part of the spraying machine body 9 or replacing it is easiest when the spraying machine body is tilted approximately 20 degrees as shown in FIG. The spray nozzle is worn out by spraying, so the spray amount should be 20~
It is necessary to replace it with a new one every 30 tons.

Further, connected to the upper part of the spraying machine body 9 are a repair material pressure feeding device 14, a water pump 15, a compressor 16, and a pressure feeding hose 17 that includes a material pressure feeding hose, a pressurized water hose, a compressed air hose, and an electric cable. .

The spray distance to the furnace wall (distance from the tip of the spray nozzle to the inner wall) is 1.5~
Since the best adhesion rate is obtained at 2.0 m, the spray distance can be maintained by selecting the length when replacing the spray nozzle. Note that 19 is a cooling box that houses the attached equipment of the spraying machine.

In the figure, reference numeral 20 denotes a spray nozzle attachment part, which is directly connected to a rotation shaft 21, which is connected to an air motor 22, chain sprockets 23, 23',
The mechanism of swivel joint 24 and bearing 25 allows it to rotate freely 360 degrees. Therefore, the tip of the spray nozzle can perform reciprocating swing motion at a predetermined angle in a horizontal position with respect to the furnace wall. The above rotating device is housed in a box protected by heat-resistant material.

There is no need to install an opening, which is effective in terms of energy saving and protection of the furnace body. In addition, the main body of the spraying machine can be inserted horizontally into the furnace, and it can be tilted near the opening, so it can be used in blast furnaces with narrow openings, for example, and the spraying nozzle can be installed and replaced easily in a short time. can.
