Conventionally, the wave-shaped main filter installed inside the main body case of a vacuum cleaner is made of synthetic fiber, etc., and the troughs and peaks of the main filter are repelled using the driving force of a cord reel. I was removing dust. However, conventional dust removal devices that perform such repelling dust removal have the disadvantage that vibrations are difficult to transmit to the entire main filter, and as a result, dust cannot be removed completely and dust accumulates in the folds of the main filter. Furthermore, if the repelling force was increased in an attempt to overcome this drawback, the main filter would be damaged, so it was not possible to simply increase the repelling force.

Furthermore, a connecting piece 35 for rotating the pre-dust remover 38 in the pre-filter device 8 is formed on the front surface of the drive plate 32 . Prefilter device 8
is detachably attached to cover the main filter device 7, as shown in FIG.
A circular net 36 is attached to a frame 37 on the front side of the prefilter device 8. The pre-dust remover 38 is rotatably supported at the center of the net 36, and rotates and slides on the intake surface of the net 36 to remove dust like a wiper. As described above, this pre-dust remover 38 is rotated by the rotation of the drive plate 32 being transmitted, but for this reason, the central rear end of the pre-dust remover 38 is attached to and detachable from the connection piece 35 of the drive plate 32 of the rotary drive body 30. A coupling tool 39 is provided for freely coupling.

Next, when the manual handle 33 is turned to remove dust from each net and filter of each filter device 7, 8, the rotary dust removing body 31 moves to the main filter 1.
The back side of the trough 17 of No. 4 is struck to remove dust. At this time, driving force such as a cord reel or a dedicated motor (not shown) may be used as is conventionally used. When the rotary dust removing body 31 rotates, the rotary drive body 30 connected thereto also rotates, causing the drive plate 32 to rotate. As a result, the transmission gear 34 formed on a part of the outer periphery of the drive plate 32 engages with the rack 25 and pulls the rack 25 downward against the spring member 27.

As a result, the dust remover 20 connected to the rack 25 is also removed from the guide groove 13 of the sliding wall 11 and the guide elongated holes 19, 19 formed in the side wall of the intermediate member 18.
You will be guided down. As a result, the dust removing body 21
The upper and lower comb-like dust removers 24 descend while scraping the surface of the main filter 14 to cause the attached dust to fall onto the inner wall of the dust collection case 2. At this time, if the dust remover 24 is lowered by increasing the moving distance so as to create a further gap from the lower end of the main filter 14, the dust will fall off more easily and the dust removal effect will surely be improved.
This can be easily accomplished by increasing the number of teeth on the rack 25, lengthening the guide slot for its movement, and increasing the number of teeth on the transmission gear of the drive plate 32.

When the transmission gear 34 and the rack 25 are disengaged from each other, the dust removing body 20 that has descended is suddenly raised by the spring member 27, and the protrusions 22a, 2
2b collides with the upper wall portions of the guide grooves 13, 13 of the sliding wall portion 11. This collision force causes the main filter 14 and the net of the pre-filter device 8 to vibrate, thereby assisting the dust removal action.

On the other hand, the rotation of the rotary drive body 30 rotates a pre-dust remover 38 attached to the pre-filter device 8 via a connecting piece 35 formed on the drive plate 32, thereby removing dust from the intake surface of the net 36. At this time, since the pre-dust remover 38 rotates while sliding against the net surface, the dust, mainly cotton dust, that has gotten into the eyes of the net 36 falls onto the main filter 14 side while pushing the eyes of the net 36 wider. . When the electric blower 6 is operated again, these cotton wastes are light and accumulate in the valleys of the main filter 14. However, as described above, the cotton dust and fine dust are compressed and fall from the main filter 14 due to the operation of the dust remover 20.

As mentioned above, according to the vacuum cleaner of the present invention, the comb-shaped dust remover removes dust that accumulates in the folds on the dust-attaching surface of the main filter, and also removes fine particles that have entered the eyes of the main filter. The main filter is completely removed without damaging the main filter due to the impact force generated when the dust remover is returned to its original position by the spring member, and since each of these components is mounted on the cover, which is an intermediate member, it is easy to disassemble it during maintenance and inspection, for example. It can be easily removed from the main filter even in case of emergency.

In addition, since the intermediate member described above is formed to cover the intake side of the main filter, for example, dust that has passed through the pre-filter does not directly collide with the main filter in a straight line, and acts as a cushion. The amount of fine dust passing through the main filter is also reduced, resulting in a clean exhaust effect.
