発明が解決しようとする問題点 従来一般に実施されている建築の鉄骨軸組の
柱、梁接合は柱から接合ブラケツトを溶接して突
設しておき、このブラケツトと梁とをボルト接合
するか溶接する場合あるいは接合金物を利用して
ボルト接合するため高い施工精度が要求される。
しかも鉄骨柱脚はそのベースプレートを建方に先
立つてアンカーボルトによつて固定しておくた
め、建方の途中において位置、寸法誤差を矯正す
ることは困難である。

ましくなく、さらに架構耐力の向上も期待しえな

た基礎に挿入し、柱脚と柱挿入用孔の間隙にはモ
ルタルを充填して埋込方式によつて固定してあ
る。
