サンプルループを、6方バルブの流路切換によつ
て移動相供給路と液体クロマトグラフ用のカラム
を備えたカラム流路との間に介在接続し、サンプ
ルループ内のサンプルをカラムに圧送するよう構
成されたオートサンプルインジエクタにおいて、 サンプル供給路及びサンプル排出路の6方バル
ブ近傍の部位にそれぞれ取付けられ、6方バルブ
の流路切換前にサンプル供給路にサンプルを流し
たときに、サンプル供給路及びサンプル排出路を
流れる気泡をそれぞれ検出するための第1及び第
2気泡検出器と、第1気泡検出器で検出した予め
定めた単位時間毎の気泡の検出パターン及び第1
気泡検出器で気泡を検出してから予め設定した時
間後に、第2気泡検出器で検出した前記単位時間
と同一の単位時間毎の気泡の検出パターンとをそ
れぞれ記憶する第1及び第2記憶手段と、この第
1及び第2記憶手段に記憶された前記設定時間差
