Furthermore, paints in which several types of colored particles are mixed are commercially available as multicolored paints, but all of these tend to have poor aesthetic appearance. Another method is to apply organic solvent-based resin paints whose resin components are incompatible with each other one after another before the previously applied coating has substantially dried, and then dry to obtain a fine mosaic uneven pattern or a leather-like uneven pattern. There is. However, since both of these methods use organic solvents as solvents, even though the resin components are not compatible with each other, both solvents mix independently of the resin components, resulting in stability of the pattern. There was a drawback that it was difficult to obtain a pattern of a certain shape and size.

する。 This invention eliminates the above-mentioned drawbacks,
In other words, two or more relatively incompatible paints, one of which has a solvent-free resin or an organic solvent-type resin as its main component, and the other paint with a water-soluble resin or an emulsion-type resin as its main component. After adding a coloring agent to at least one of them, a paint whose main component is a solvent-free resin or an organic solvent-type resin is applied to the surface of the base material, and a water-soluble resin or an emulsion-type resin is applied while the paint is not cured. This relates to a method for manufacturing a decorative material characterized by applying a paint as a main component, and the object is to provide a decorative material having a very natural net-like pattern at a low cost.

ができる。 In this invention, both dyes and pigments can be used as the coloring material, but for example, a dye that does not dissolve in the synthetic resin paint is added to the synthetic resin paint that is first applied, and this dye is applied later. If the dye has the property of being soluble in the synthetic resin paint that is applied, the dye will diffuse into the synthetic resin paint that is applied later, making it possible to obtain an extremely beautiful decorative material. Conversely, if a dye added to a synthetic resin paint that is applied later does not dissolve in this synthetic resin paint, but has the property of dissolving in the synthetic resin paint that is applied first, the dye may A beautiful decorative material can be obtained by diffusing into the synthetic resin paint applied to the surface.

のである。 FIG. 1 is a plan view of a decorative material manufactured according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a partially enlarged sectional view taken along line A-A in FIG. In the coating layer, a paint 3 whose main component is a solvent-free resin or an organic solvent-type resin with a colorant added is applied to the surface, and while it is not cured, a water-soluble resin or an emulsion-type resin is applied as the main component. After applying the paint 4 to the entire surface using an appropriate coating machine such as a roll coater, flow coater, or spray coating machine, and drying, the synthetic resin paint 4 applied later on the surface forms a net-like convex pattern. You will get plywood. I don't know the exact reason why this net-like convex pattern is formed, but I do not know the exact reason why this net-like convex pattern is formed. When used, the solvents do not mix with each other, or the resin content of solvent-free resins or organic solvent-type resins and the solvent of emulsion-type resins or water-soluble resins do not mix. During the final curing of the applied synthetic resin paint layer, when the next synthetic resin paint layer is formed on the surface, the difference in surface tension acts subtly and the paints repel each other on the contact surface, resulting in a uniform shape and size. This results in a stable net-like pattern.

る。 With the above-described structure, the present invention makes it possible to produce an elegant decorative material that forms a very natural net-like pattern with a constant shape and size, without requiring any special means, by simply painting. , Moreover, first a paint mainly composed of a solvent-free resin or an organic solvent-type resin is applied or printed on the surface of the substrate, and then a paint mainly composed of a water-soluble resin or an emulsion-type resin that is difficult to dry is applied. Because of this, it dries easily and prevents the buildup that occurs when paints containing water-soluble resins or emulsion-type resins as their main components are applied before paints containing solvent-free resins or organic solvent-type resins as their main components. It has the advantage of being able to reliably dry and harden without the disadvantage that the surface is hardened but the inside is not.
