Conventionally, dehydration rinsing has been an attempt to effectively rinse the laundry by sprinkling water on it after washing with detergent and dehydrating it, and there is no concept of doing this in dehydrating washing machines as well. be. However, in conventional washing machines with both dehydrating and dehydrating functions, this is done by supplying water from the water supply port of the water supply device to the inside of the rotating washing and dehydrating tank, that is, to the center of the rotating tank. Therefore, at this time, the laundry scattered around the tub receives centrifugal force due to the rotation of the tub, and water is not directly and effectively applied to it, so the dehydration and rinsing process is delayed. The drawback was that it was not very effective.

A cover ring 18 is attached to the upper opening edge of the outer tank 2, and a water sprinkler 19 is removably fitted and held in this cover ring 18 as a non-rotating part. It is positioned in the upper part like a lid covering almost the entire area. Here, as shown in FIG. 2 in detail, the water sprinkler 19 has an annular depression in the inner peripheral part of the outermost flange part 19a, and a large number of small water passage holes 19c at the bottom of the depression part 19b. The flange portion 19a has a claw 19d on the lower surface thereof, and the claw 19d is elastically engaged with the inner edge of the cover ring 18. Further, a cover plate 20 is disposed on the top of the water sprinkler 19 so as to be held at an appropriate height from the bottom surface, and the cover plate 20 has a number of holes 21 for water passage. It is porous.

Now, in the case of this embodiment configured as above,
The operation is as shown in Figure 3.
Among them, during the "dehydration and rinsing", "water supply" is continued, and "dewatering", that is, rotation of the rotating tank 15 by the motor 9 is performed intermittently.
First, water is supplied to the laundry in the laundry to dehydrate it, then only water is supplied to the dehydrated laundry so that the water soaks uniformly in conjunction with the moderate centrifugal force due to the inertial rotation of the rotary tub 15, and then water is supplied again while it is being dehydrated. The process of dehydration and then water supply is repeated, thereby performing dehydration rinsing that effectively removes the detergent contained in the laundry after "washing" (detergent washing). Regarding the water supply at that time, water is supplied from the water supply gutter 28 to the water sprinkler 19 based on the opening of the water supply valve 27 of the water supply device 29. When water is supplied in this way, the water sprinkler 19 is connected to the cover plate. The water received through the hole 21 of 20 is passed through the small water passage hole 19 at the bottom of the surrounding depression.
c to the inner periphery of the rotating tub 15 as shown in FIG. Because of the location of the washing machine, the water supplied as described above is effectively applied directly to the laundry 30, and thus dewatering and rinsing can be performed more effectively. In addition, since the water sprinkler 19 is located above the rotating tank 15 like a lid, it can be used for the rotating tank 15, which continues to rotate due to inertia even when the lid 24 is opened during dehydration or dehydration rinsing. This prevents persons from touching the rotating tub 15 with their hands, thereby providing sufficient protection for the user of the rotating tub 15.Furthermore, when water is supplied, the water that is supplied hits the laundry and bounces back, thereby preventing the rotating tub 15 from touching the rotating tub 15. The water sprinkler 19 can prevent the water from going outside, and can also prevent the water from splashing back and making the entire side wet.
In addition, in the water sprinkler 19, the water that accumulates due to the water supply during the above-mentioned dehydration and rinsing is subjected to vibrations caused by the rotation of the rotating tub 15, especially large vibrations generated by the rotation of the laundry in an unbalanced state. This tends to cause undulation as shown in Fig. 2, and when this undulation becomes large, water that splashes up comes out of the sprinkler 19, and the sprinkler 19 prevents the water from splashing back from inside the tank as described above. However, in this embodiment, a porous cover plate 20 is provided in the water sprinkler 19, which allows the water supplied by the water supply to pass through. Since it functions as a resistor to prevent water from splashing up due to the waves, in the end, water does not splash out to the outside of the water sprinkler 19, and therefore the whole side becomes wet. This is something that can definitely be prevented.

In addition, FIG. 5 shows a second embodiment of the present invention, in which the sprinkler 19 is connected to the covering 18.
The sprinkler 19 is pivotably supported by a shaft 33 so as to be able to move up and down, and has the advantage that when loading and unloading laundry, the sprinkler 19 can be raised and kept attached to the machine without separating it from the machine. have

In addition, since the water sprinkler is pivoted so that it can be moved up and down,

It is also possible to use the pivot shaft 24a of the lid 24 to similarly pivot to the top plate 22 as a non-rotating part, and in these cases, each pivot part has a torsion A coil spring or the like may be provided to bias the sprinkler in the upward rotational direction.

In addition, FIG. 7 shows a fourth embodiment of the present invention, which includes the inlet portion 27 of the water supply valve 27 described above.
A has a structure in which a flow rate adjustment valve 35 is provided for a fixed amount of water supply, and 36 in the figure has a water passage hole 37 in the center, a water passage hole 38 on the periphery, and a plurality of small protrusions on the back side. 39, and 40 is an elastic seat having a water passage hole 41 at the center of the inner side of the part of the control plate 36 that abuts against the small protrusion 39. As shown in the figure, the water flow control plate 36 receives the high water pressure and pushes the small protrusion 39 into the elastic seat 40.
Since it is wedged into the elastic seat 40 and approaches the elastic seat 40, the amount of water passing from the water passage hole 38 between the elastic seat 40 and the water flow control plate 36 is reduced, and conversely, when the water pressure decreases, the above-mentioned problem occurs. Quite the opposite, the amount of water increases,
In the end, a fixed amount of water is supplied.
If a fixed amount of water can be supplied in this manner, an appropriate amount of water can be automatically supplied within the water sprinkler within a range where the water level does not exceed each of the above-mentioned resistors, thereby more reliably suppressing water undulation. You can get long-lasting effects.
