は、従来のように各々の小穴抜用ポンチに対応し
てダイとなる各々の穴部を必要としないので小穴
抜用ダイ103は各々の小穴抜用ポンチ106,
107および108の位置に影響されず全て共通
可能となり、又、外形形成用ポンチ102も、従
来のように文字板の外形と同一に形成されている
外形形成用ダイ104の穴部に対応して同一輪郭
形状のポンチを必要とせず、文字板の複雑な外形
形状に開係なく前記外形形状より大きくさえあれ
ば成形可能になると共に、近似する文字板の外形
形状が一つの外形形成ポンチで成形可能となるの
で、前記小穴抜用ダイ103および外形形成用ポ
ンチ102の成形加工が著しく容易となり低コス
トにできるという効果を有する。また前述の如く
ポンチおよびダイの一方が共通に出来るので、金
型調整が極めて容易となり、上サブ型のノツクア
ウト105、各種小穴抜用ポンチ106,10
7,108及び外形形成用ダイ104の変換のみ
で、機種変換が可能となる利点もある。
