本発明は、ゆるみ止めボルトに関するもので、
特にソケツトスクリユーボルトのゆるみ止めボル

でなかつた。そこで近時新規なゆるみ止めボルト
として特開昭56−94019号、同56−156516号、同
57−57913号等の文献に、ボルト主体のナツト締
付位置を分離し、このナツト締付位置にナツトを
締付け後、分離されたボルトのナツトに対する相
反する方向への締付力によつてナツトのゆるみ方
向への回転を防止する機構のゆるみ止めボルトが
提案されている。この機構はゆるみ止めとしては
確かに効果があり、それなりの成果が期待できる
反面、ボルト主体を分離する構成であるが為に、
ボルト本体の寸法にある程度の制限があること、
製作に手間を要し量産性に欠けること、コスト高
となること等の問題があると共に、ボルト主体を
構成するヘツド側とセパレート側との螺合が十分
でないと、締付けナツトの螺入が困難でロツクの

ずれにしてもピツチ関係が異なつておることが必
要であり、例えばa=1.5m/mであればb=1.0
m/m又はa=2.0m/mであればb=1.5m/
m、若しくは逆にa=1.0m/mであればb=1.5
m/m又はa=1.5m/mであればb=2.0m/m
というピツチ関係とすることがよい。ことにねじ
bが細ねじの方が有効である。そしてこのスクリ
ユーボルト1には第3,4図に示すように締付け
用の係合部4が設けられており、図示のように溝
型や六角孔型等のいずれの形状でもよい。これに
よつてスクリユーボルト1を被締付固定部材5,
6に螺入するように構成されている。7はロツク
ナツトで、前記スクリユーボルト1のボルト頭部
3に刻設したねじbに螺合するねじcを内周面に
刻設しねじ面の摩擦係数を増加させるようにな
し、その形状は望ましくは円型状の座面7aとス
パナ、ボツクススパナ用の掛合部7bとで構成
し、円型状の座面7aで被締付固定部材5との摩
擦面積の拡大を目的とし、また第5図に示す発明
のようにロツクナツト7が被締付固定部材5に埋
込み方式となつたときは例えばボツクススパナを
掛合部7bに嵌入し、ロツクナツト7を回動する
ように構成するとよい。このように第2の発明で
はロツクナツト7が埋込み方式となつているの
で、被締付固定部材5に嵌合孔8が設けられてい
る。尚その他スクリユーボルト1及びボルト本体
2、ボルト頭部3とか、ロツクナツト7の構成は
前述の例と同様であり説明は省略する。またスク
リユーボルト1は市販品のものを使用し、そのボ
ルト頭部3にねじbを刻設することも可能であ

締付力をそのまま保持しつつ、ロツクナツト7の
座面7aが被締付固定部材5の表面に圧接され大
きな座面摩擦力が生じ強固なロツクが保持される
と思われる。更には第6図に示すように、被締付
固定部材5,6の螺孔9とスクリユーボルト1の
ねじaの螺合面Aと、ロツクナツト7のねじcと
スクリユーボルト1のねじbとの螺合面Bとが相
反する方向となつてロツクナツト7のゆるみが防
止され強固なロツク状態が保持される。即ちスク
リユーボルト1のボルト本体2のねじaと被締付
固定部材6のねじdとの螺合面Aと、これと対向
するスクリユーボルト1のボルト頭部3のねじb
とロツクナツト7のねじcとの螺合面Bとで緊締
される構成となり、軸力の向上が期待できる。し
たがつて、ロツクナツト7を一定以上のトルクで
締付けた場合は、仮にロツクナツト7が弛緩して
も、スクリユーボルト1の締付力は保持されてお
り、十分なるゆるみ止めの効果が期待できる。尚
前記ロツクの解除は、先ずロツクナツト7を螺戻
した後、ついでスクリユーボルト1を螺戻するこ
とによつて簡便になしうる。尚図示しないが爪付
きワツシヤ等のワツシヤを前記間隔に挿設すれば
ロツク力の強固も可能と考えられる。尚図示では
スクリユーボルト1のボルト本体2の一部にしか
ねじaが刻設してないが、場合により全部に亘つ

本発明は以上詳述したように、スクリユーボル
トのボルト本体及び頭部にねじを刻設し、かつそ
のねじピツチを異ならしめる構成としたので、前
述の如くロツク及びその解除が簡便で作業性がよ
く、しかも繰り返し使用しても何ら損傷がなく使
用でき大変に重宝する。そして、ピツチ差による
緊締とスクリユーボルトのねじの螺合面における
相反する方向への締付力であり、即ちスクリユー
ボルトのボルト本体のねじと、そのボルト頭部の
ねじとの対向する螺合面の圧締でスクリユーボル
トが緊締される。これにより、ボルトの軸力の向
上を図り得る効果があること、またロツクナツト
を一定以上のトルクで締付けた場合は、仮にロツ
クナツトが弛緩しても、スクリユーボルトの締付
力は保持されており、十分なるゆるみ止めの効果
が期待できる。更にスクリユーボルトの座面及び
ロツクナツトの座面が、ともに被締付固定部材に
圧締される構成であるので、座面面積の拡充と摩
擦係数の増加が大いに期待できるし、座面陥没の
現象も回避できる卓効がある。またこの座面摩擦
係数の向上は前記の対向する螺合面との相乗効果
によりロツク力は強固となりロツクナツトが緩む
ことが少ないものである。又スクリユーボルトの
ボルト本体とボルト頭部とにねじを刻設する構成
であるので、寸法的に制限がなく、原則として小
さいボルトから大きいボルトに到るまで加工が可
能となり汎用性があり、さらに加工に際してボル
ト本体とボルト頭部との同時ねじ加工ができるの
で、その作業性、量産性ができ、コストの低減及
び作業能率の向上が可能となる。又スクリユーボ
ルトのボルト頭部にねじを刻設する構成としたの
で、被締付固定部材への一方性(表面側)よりの
締付ができ、使用場所の拡充と作業性の向上が期
待でき、かつ従来の締付けボルトとその作業性に
おいて何ら遜色がないものである。更にスクリユ
ーボルトのボルト本体の軸方向の寸法も自由に変
更でき、多方面に利用できる。また仮りにロツク
ナツトが衝撃等でゆるんでもスクリユーボルトの
締付力は変らずゆるむことが少いなど数々の実用
