着用感を悪くする欠点があつた。 Conventionally, there has been a strong demand for two-layer or three-layer knitted fabrics with emphasis on wearing performance and functionality as knitted fabrics for sports clothing and cold weather clothing, and various knitted fabrics have been developed.
In order to improve comfort especially when sweating, a reversible knitted fabric with a two-layer structure in which the front side is made of hydrophobic fibers and the back side is made of hydrophilic fibers is generally used. The back side of this knitted fabric, which is in contact with the human body, is made of hydrophilic fibers, so it is very comfortable to wear under normal conditions, and when you sweat a little, the hydrophilic fibers absorb the sweat, so there is no discomfort. However, when sweating increases, the absorbed sweat comes into contact with the human body again, resulting in a so-called sticky feeling, which significantly worsens the feeling of wearing.

欠点があつた。 In addition, a three-layer knitted fabric is available in which the front and back sides of the reversible fabric are made of hydrophobic fibers in an attempt to eliminate the sticky feeling described above, but the water-absorbing effect is poor, especially the surface that comes into direct contact with the human body is made of hydrophobic fibers. As a result, the feeling of wearing under normal conditions was not pleasant.

とする三層構造編地の製法にある。 The present inventors have arrived at the present invention as a result of various studies in order to compensate for such conventional drawbacks and create a three-layer knitted fabric that is comfortable to wear. When knitting a reversible fabric by knitting with dial needles and cylinder needles and performing tack binding with thin threads, one side of the reversible fabric is knitted with hydrophobic fibers and hydrophilic fibers thicker than the hydrophobic fibers. Moreover, the hydrophilic fibers are produced in a three-layer structure knitted fabric characterized by making the intermediate layer of the reversible knitted fabric using dial needles and cylinder needles take a welt state.
本発明を図面により更に詳しく説明する。 The present invention will be explained in more detail with reference to the drawings.

At the yarn feeder 5, which knits with a long welted state by selecting Jiya Guard needles, tuck binding is performed using a thin yarn d.

The area in contact with the fabric is naturally covered with hydrophilic fibers, making it comfortable to wear under normal conditions.

Now, we will use a 100 denier polyester false-twisted yarn with a Jiyaguard pattern as shown in Figure 3 as a hydrophobic fabric.
It was knitted using 20/1 c.c. cotton thread as hydrophilic fabric and bound with 20 denier polyester filament. [In Fig. 3, the part marked with an x is cotton thread,
The unmarked portion is polyester false twisted yarn. ] After dyeing and finishing, I made the trepant and when I wore it, I found that it had the cool feel of cotton and was very comfortable to wear, and even when I sweated a lot due to exercise, I didn't feel any stickiness and it was comfortable.
