The first invention is a lightweight panel obtained by mixing an inorganic foam into a kneaded material containing kaolin, white carbon, alkali fluorosilicide, and epoxy emulsion, molding this into a panel shape, and heating and curing it. In this first invention, a sheet such as a thin iron plate, plywood, slate plate, etc. is adhered to one or both sides of a panel-shaped molded product, and this is placed in a heating furnace or high-frequency heating furnace to heat and harden it. A second object of the present invention is to provide a lightweight panel formed into one piece.

However, this material is unsatisfactory as a building material because it has low strength and is not resistant to water, causing efflorescence due to alkali elution over a long period of time, and corroding other members.

After the panel is molded, heating is performed to firmly bond the inorganic foams to each other to form a lightweight panel.Furthermore, in order to give the surface of the lightweight panel a beautiful appearance and increase its strength, one side of the panel is heated. A lightweight panel is manufactured by bonding sheets such as thin iron plates, plywood, slate plates, etc. to both sides of the hoe and heating and hardening them to form a single body.

体的に固化するものである。 In manufacturing this lightweight panel, appropriate amounts of the above inorganic and organic materials (the amounts are shown in the examples) are used.
A muddy slurry is obtained by mixing and kneading until homogeneous, but after forming this into a sheet or block shape and heating it in a heating furnace at 180℃ to 200℃ for 10 to 20 minutes, it becomes a slurry. acid alkali and silica powder,
The five components of kaolin, white carbon, and alkali fluorosilicate cause a complex chemical reaction to produce a ceramic-like compound, and the surface is coated with a thin film of epoxy emulsion, uniting the particles of the inorganic foam. I kept trying and finally reached 1
It solidifies physically.
