Conventionally, when constructing a fence or wall using cavity blocks for construction, the blocks were arranged in a continuous joint with joint gaps on the top surface of the foundation concrete, and the gaps between the blocks were filled with joint mortar, and the top surface Similarly, joint mortar is placed on the upper block, and the blocks in each level are measured horizontally using a thread stretched horizontally, and vertically using the lowering. The exterior surface of the building is coated with concrete mortar to enhance its cosmetic effect. However, it takes a lot of time to bond the blocks together using mortar at each joint, or to apply a decorative top coat to the exterior surface, which tends to result in higher construction costs. If the top coat is done by hand, the thickness of the mortar is thin, so the joints may lift up after construction. The aesthetic appearance tends to deteriorate, and if colored blocks are used, the unit price is high, and the construction cost is also likely to be high.

In order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention has been developed by arranging construction blocks in concrete formwork facing each other and applying concrete mortar to the front and back gaps between the blocks and the formwork as well as the gaps between the left and right, top and bottom sides of the blocks. It is a method of constructing a block wall by stacking blocks while filling and sequentially joining the concrete blocks upward, and is characterized by being able to reduce construction costs and save labor without requiring much time for construction. That is.

A long plate-shaped formwork holder 2, 2' is erected on the top surface of the foundation concrete 1 with a width equal to the width of the exterior decorative mortar than the thickness of the construction block, and a pair of formwork holders 2, 2' in the front and rear are installed. A large number of blocks are erected on both sides facing each other at appropriate intervals (approximately 5 to 8 blocks) on the left and right sides, and both ends of a long plate-shaped concrete formwork 3 are placed on the inner surfaces of the front formwork holders 2, 2 facing each other on the left and right sides. At the same time, a long plate-shaped concrete formwork 3' is jointed to the inner surface of the left and right rear formwork retainers 2', 2' facing each other to form a concrete formwork 3, 2' of a desired length. 3' are assembled facing each other, and the thickness of the joint gap between the left and right sides of each construction block is the same as the spacing between the concrete formworks 3, 3', and the spacing is the same width as the exterior decorative mortar of the block on both the front and back outside of the plate 4. A formwork interval 7 serving as a joint with a rod 5 attached and a locking plate 6 attached at the front and rear positions of the upper end of the plate 4 is inserted into both sides of the construction block 8, and the front and rear concrete formworks 3, 3' Plate 4 on the inner surface of
The construction blocks 8 are placed continuously at the center of the front and rear concrete formworks 3, 3' while joining both ends of the construction blocks 8, and concrete mortar is placed in the gap between the concrete formworks 3, 3' and the construction blocks 8. After filling the concrete mortar, remove each formwork spacing plate 7 that also serves as a joint, and insert cap-shaped protrusions 9, 9' on the upper and lower surfaces that fit into the upper and lower ends of the holes communicating with the upper and lower surfaces of the construction block. After fitting the upper and lower connectors 10, each of which has an arbitrary number of protrusions and each of which has upper protrusions 9 connected to each other with a spacing frame having the same height as the upper and lower joint widths, to the upper surface of the lower construction block 8, each of the upper and lower connectors 10 Fit each construction block 8' onto the top surface of the
Further, formwork spacing plates 7 serving as joints are fitted into the gaps between the upper construction blocks 8', and concrete mortar is sequentially filled while connecting the concrete formworks 3 and 3' upward. It is.

The method of the present invention is used when constructing a boundary wall or a partition wall of a building using construction blocks.
Only the steps are connected to the formwork retainers 2, 2', construction blocks 8 are arranged in a continuous manner within the concrete formworks 3, 3', and formwork spacing plates 7 serving as joints are fitted in the gaps between the left and right sides. The concrete mortar is poured into the gap between the formwork and the block. The formwork spacing plate 7, which also serves as a joint, has spacing rods 5 that maintain a constant distance between the blocks and the formwork, and a plate 4 that maintains a constant joint gap.The poured concrete mortar is poured into the joint gap below the plate 4. It also flows into the country. After filling with mortar and waiting for a while, remove the formwork spacing plate 7 which also serves as a joint, fit the protrusion 9' on the lower surface of the vertical connector 10 into the hole of the lower construction block, and fit the protrusion 9' on the lower surface of the upper and lower construction block into the protrusion 9 on the upper surface. The construction blocks 8' are respectively fitted, and the formwork spacing plates 7 serving as joints are again fitted into the left and right gaps between the construction blocks 8', and the concrete mortar poured into the gaps in the upper stage is It is attached to the front and rear surfaces of the upper block while filling the joint gaps between the upper and lower blocks as well as the holes made by the joint and formwork spacing plates 7 removed from the lower block. In this way, any number of tiers of construction blocks are stacked, the front and rear surfaces are molded with concrete mortar, and after the mortar has solidified, the formwork retainers 2, 2' and the concrete formwork 3 with each joint are removed, and the constructed wall is The exterior surface of the roof is sprayed with makeup, or the top surface is covered with decorative tiles, etc.

As mentioned above, in the construction method of the present invention, the decorative mortar on the front and rear surfaces of the block is molded in a pour-in type using concrete formwork, so there is no need for construction work, and the thickness of the decorative mortar can be changed by manual overcoating. In comparison, it can be molded to a sufficiently thick thickness, and the joints do not rise to the outside surface after construction, resulting in more efficient construction and cost reduction, which brings about the remarkable effects mentioned above. .

1 Horizontally long concrete formwork is installed in a continuous manner with formwork holders, and the concrete formworks are arranged so that they can be joined upwards in sequence, and the concrete formworks are placed front and back to face each other, and the concrete formwork is constructed in the center of the front and back facing concrete formworks. Construction blocks are arranged in a continuous manner with a gap between the left and right joints, and formwork spacing plates that also serve as joints are attached to the front and back outside of the plate to maintain the distance between the construction blocks and the concrete formwork. After the blocks are inserted into the gap between each other, the gap between the construction block and the concrete formwork is filled with concrete mortar, and after the concrete mortar is filled, the formwork spacing plates that also serve as joints are removed, and cap-shaped protrusions are formed on the top and bottom. After fitting the upper and lower connectors, in which the upper surface protrusions are arranged in a row with a spacing frame with the same height as the upper and lower joint widths, into each of the lower construction blocks, the top surface of each upper and lower connector is attached to the construction block that will become the upper stage. After the blocks are fitted together, formwork spacing plates that also serve as joints are inserted into the gaps between the upper blocks, and while the concrete formwork is sequentially connected upwards, mortar is filled into the formwork and allowed to solidify. A method of constructing block walls, which is a feature.
