Conventional wall materials have a waterproofing agent inside and a waterproofing agent on the surface.
Paints, adhesives, etc. are applied to improve the waterproofing effect of the wall material itself, but since a satisfactory waterproofing effect cannot be obtained with just that, there is a
One end of the laminated paper, which is made by laminating a sheet of paper wider than the wall material and a thin synthetic resin film, is folded onto the surface of the wall material, stacked in several layers, and then packed into packaging boxes or packed for transportation and storage. It is generally known that it does. However, since this laminated paper has adhesive applied to the entire surface of the wall material, when one end of the laminated paper is folded onto the surface of the wall material, the surface of the wall material corresponding to the folded part and the laminated paper This results in defects such as staining the surface of one end of the wall material or tearing the paper surface at the folded portion, which significantly reduces the quality of the wall material and the laminated paper.

In order to eliminate the above-mentioned defects, the present invention is based on the viewpoint of forming a so-called non-adhesive substance, which is contrary to the paint, adhesive, etc. applied to the surface of the wall material, only on the folded portion of the laminated paper. As a result of extensive research, we discovered that forming a synthetic resin thin film is the most efficient method. However, forming a thin synthetic resin film only on the upper surface of the folded part of the laminated paper means that when the laminated paper is wound up, the area where the thin synthetic resin film is formed will become thicker and will form an approximately trapezoidal shape (see Figure 4). It was impossible to wind it into a cylindrical shape.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is an enlarged sectional view of laminated paper, which has been widely used in the past and is pasted on the back side of wall materials. 1 and 2 are synthetic resin thin films such as polyethylene film, 3 and 4 are kraft paper, and 3 and 4 kraft papers are laminated together through the synthetic resin thin films 1 and 2 to form laminated paper A. There is. FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the laminated paper A bonded to the back side of a conventionally widely used wall material 5, with one end of the laminated paper folded to the surface of the wall material. Figure 3 is the laminated paper A in Figure 1.
A synthetic resin thin film 6 is placed on the part corresponding to the bent part of one end.
FIG. 4 is a front view when the laminated paper of FIG. 3 is in the rolled state 7. FIG. 5 is an explanatory diagram showing an example of laminating work of laminated paper according to the present invention, in which a T-die 10 is placed on one side of kraft paper 8 above the part where a synthetic resin thin film 9 having the same width as the paper is to be bonded. Extruder 11 with
is placed, and the synthetic resin thin film 9 is extruded from the T-die. Next, a T-die 1 is placed above the part where the kraft paper 12, which is narrower than the kraft paper 8, is to be joined.
A synthetic resin thin film 13 having the same width as the kraft paper 8 is extruded from the T-die of the extruder 11', and the kraft paper 8 and the kraft paper 12 are laminated together through this. do. At this time, place the kraft paper 12 in the center of the kraft paper 8,
The synthetic resin thin film 13 is pasted on both sides of the kraft paper 8 so that it appears on the surface.

Therefore, the present invention involves the step of laminating a thin synthetic resin film on one side of a long sheet material, and the process of bonding a sheet material narrower than the laminated sheet material to the same width as the long sheet material. This process involves the process of laminating a synthetic resin thin film with a width and the process of vertically dividing the laminated film into two parts in the middle of the laminated flow, so by using a conventional extruder, etc. A thin synthetic resin film can be formed on one end of the upper surface of laminated paper without installing any equipment. In particular, in conventional products, the laminated paper shown in Figure 3 is
As shown in the figure, the laminated paper produced by the method of the present invention has a substantially trapezoidal shape when wound into a roll, but the part where the synthetic resin thin film 13' is exposed becomes lower, so that the initial purpose was completely fulfilled. At the same time, by laminating a sheet material narrower in width than the sheet material laminated to the synthetic resin thin film through a synthetic resin thin film having the same width as the sheet material, and dividing it into two, It is possible to obtain two sheets of real laminated paper in a single process, significantly improving production efficiency and greatly contributing to lower costs.
