いで真空ポンプBを停止すると共にレバー13を
再び第5図のOFF位置に戻して主通気管8と副
通気管9及び大気連通管10を連通させ、外気と
の遮閉を開放して操作盤AをタイルユニツトCよ
り引離し、爾後同様操作の繰返しにより順次と張

端周縁を弾性板体に吸着されるタイルユニツトの
下面より少しく突出させて成ることを特徴とする
