A method of fixing the fibers by gelatinizing the fleece, a method of entangling the fibers with each other using a high-pressure water stream or a high-pressure air stream, or a method of applying local heat-pressure treatment to the fleece to heat the fibers together. There are methods such as fusing at the pressure area, and the nonwoven fabric formed by these methods is used as an interlining base material, and a hot-melt adhesive is attached to the surface in the form of powder, dots, or spider webs. It is often used that is structured as follows. However, in the case of interlinings using interfiber binders such as synthetic resins and latex, the texture after lamination with the fabric is hard, and corners occur when the fabric is bent, making it difficult to use in places where drapability is required. is difficult to apply. In addition, in the case of interlining made of fibers intertwined by high-pressure water or high-pressure air flow, the drape properties after lamination with the fabric are excellent, but the interlining itself becomes thin and bulges due to the stress received during high-pressure processing. It lacks texture, and due to repeated washing, etc., billing occurs or the fibers tend to separate due to loosening of the fibers, which causes problems in terms of durability. In the case of an interlining in which fibers are locally bonded, the drapability after lamination with the fabric is excellent, but the crimp of the fibers that form the fused portion disappears, resulting in a lack of rebound resilience. At the same time, it is difficult to make a thin interlining, and there are restrictions on where it can be used, creating a need for the development of a versatile adhesive interlining.

である。Means for Solving the Problems The present invention solves the conventional drawbacks and has excellent rebound properties, excellent drapability, and washing resistance.
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing an adhesive interlining that does not contain an interfiber binder inside the fleece, using a sublimable organic agent that swells or dissolves the fiber surface by heating, and using a sublimable organic agent that swells or dissolves the fiber surface by heating, and which contains soluble fibers in the agent. After the constructed fleece is impregnated and heated to form a temporarily bonded nonwoven fabric containing no binder that binds the fibers together, one side is coated with an iron-on adhesive in dots or a spider web pattern, and the other side is heated. A method for manufacturing an adhesive interlining is obtained in which a printed bond of resin or rubber is applied and dried, and the above-mentioned adhesive and a drug that adheres to the drying of the printed bond and the fibers are sublimated.

Print bonds 3 having a diameter of 0.3φ and number of 500 pieces/inch are attached using an acrylic acid ester resin emulsion. The adhesion amount was 5 g/m 2 and drying was performed at 100 to 150° C. for 5 minutes to sublimate the benzoic acid while drying the paste dot resin and print bond to form an adhesive interlining.

となつた。Effects of the Invention Since the present invention is configured as described above, unlike conventional adhesive interlining manufacturing methods, there is no adhesion of the resin to the dipping equipment due to the impregnation bonding treatment by emulsion or latex, and there is no staining of the nonwoven fabric due to gum up. , it became possible to manufacture adhesive interlining with a relatively simple device, without requiring a high-pressure air flow generator.

In a geozette adhesive press with a basis weight of m 2 ,
The resulting bonded product was bonded at a temperature of 150° C., a pressure of 0.25 Kg/cm 2 , and a bonding time of 10 seconds. It was highly resilient, had excellent drapability, and had a sufficient sense of fullness. Furthermore, when washing the product for 5 hours using a household washing machine, there was no occurrence of pilling on the non-adhesive surface after washing, and there was almost no change in the texture of the bonded product, indicating that the invention has excellent practical value.
