かり、施工費が高くつく問題があつた。 When constructing an exterior using the curtain wall construction method, a gap is created between the joining layers of the exterior curtain wall and the floor slab, and this gap between the layers needs to be filled with a fire-resistant material for fire prevention purposes.
Conventionally, in this type of interlayer gap filling method, the bottom of the interlayer gap is closed by steel plate welding, and then this gap is filled with refractory material, but the steel plate welding requires a specialist such as a welder. Not only does it require a phase number, but it also requires assembly and dismantling of back scaffolding for welding work, and there is a considerable dimensional error in the width of the gap between the welded steel plates and the inner wall of the curtain wall. There were gaps here and there, which required troublesome work such as repairing these gaps with wire mesh, etc., and the overall construction required a considerable amount of manpower, resulting in high construction costs.

The hook hardware 1 is disposed at a plurality of locations, for example, three locations in the illustrated example, with appropriate mounting intervals depending on the mass and workability of the refractory material, and constitutes the frame of the receiving hardware. The cross-sectional shape of the iron wire constituting the hook hardware 1 is arbitrary, and usually a circular or square cross-section is used, but a belt-like or other cross-sectional shape may be used depending on the case. Support part 1 formed at the lower end of hook hardware 1
b is the gap c (second to fourth) between the joining layers of the floor slab a and the exterior curtain wall b (see Figs.
It is necessary to have a protrusion width that is slightly smaller than the width of the gap (see Figure 4), and is usually 5/10 to 8/8 of the width of the gap c.
The protrusion width is set to about 10.

It is a connecting member that connects and integrates ... by applying welding means etc. at the hanging leg part 1c, and usually the same constituent material as the hook hardware 1 is used, but of course it can be made of other material or cross-sectional shape. may also be used. The connecting member 2 can extend into the gap c in the form of a planar zigzag line or band within a range that does not exceed the width of the gap c between the mating layers. When projecting in a band shape, a comb-shaped or other arbitrary opening can be formed, and the refractory material can be allowed to fall downward through this opening. The overhanging width of the connecting member 2 is suitably about 1/2 of the width of the gap c, taking into account the filling operation of the refractory material into the gap c.

It's getting old.

の機能を保持せしめ得る。 Figures 2 to 4 show an example of a method of filling a gap c between the joining layers between a floor slab a and an exterior curtain wall b using the receiving hardware of the present invention.
As shown in the figure, with the receiving hardware set shallowly above the interlayer gap c, for example, by using the worker's foot to forcefully push downward the portion of the wire mesh 3 supported by the support portion 1b, the third As shown in the figure, the receiving hardware can be set stably and reliably within the interlayer gap c.
In this case, the overhanging portion 3a of the wire mesh 3 does not have the support portion 1b and is configured to be freely bendable, so that during such a pushing operation, the overhanging portion 3a of the wire mesh 3 is placed in the appropriate position due to its bendability. It is bent upward along the inner wall surface of the exterior curtain wall b and comes into close contact with the wall surface. Therefore, in the present invention, even if there is an unevenness on the exterior inner wall surface or there is some dimensional error in the width of the gap c, the gap c can be adjusted regardless of such unevenness or dimensional error. The bottom part can be reliably closed with the wire mesh 3 over the entire width. Next, as shown in FIG. 4, the gap c whose bottom is closed by the wire mesh 3 is filled with refractory material d in the usual manner to complete the construction. As a fireproof material,
Various known materials conventionally used for this type of application can be used, such as sprayed asbestos rock wool fireproof coatings made of a mixture of asbestos, rock wool and cement, and other mortars. Further, when the connecting member 2 extends inward in a planar zigzag line shape as shown, the connecting member 2 is embedded in the layer of the refractory material d and functions as a support member for the refractory material d. Therefore, with this configuration, even if the strength of the wire mesh 3 were to be lost in the event of a fire, there would be no danger of the fireproof material d falling, and it would still maintain its function as a fireproof layer. It can be forced.

徴がある。 As described above, when using the receiving metal fitting of the present invention, the bottom can be easily formed at the bottom of the interlayer gap c by simply working from above the floor slab a, and it is possible to easily form the bottom at the bottom of the interlayer gap c by simply working from above the floor slab a. , there is no longer any need for specialized workers such as demolition workers or welders.
Furthermore, due to the bendability of the overhanging portion 3a of the wire mesh 3, dimensional errors in the gap c and unevenness of the exterior inner wall surface can be conveniently corrected and absorbed, so there is no need to locally repair the bottom. . Therefore, the present invention has the feature that it can significantly improve the workability of this type of filling method, and can greatly contribute to shortening the construction period and ultimately reducing construction costs.
