る。 The present invention will be explained below based on FIGS. 1 to 3 showing one embodiment of the present invention. Reference numeral 1 denotes a yoke, an upper yoke 2, a lower yoke 3 opposite to the upper yoke 2, and an upper yoke 1. and a side yoke 4 that connects the lower yokes 2 and 3, forming a U-shape. 5 is a hole formed almost in the center of the upper yoke 2, 6 is a movable iron core, and includes a main body 7, a shaft 8 protruding from the upper surface of the main body 7, and this shaft 8.
The head 9 is provided at the tip of the yoke 2 and serves as a mechanical output, and the shaft 8 is inserted into the hole 5 of the upper yoke 2 to be held movable up and down. A fixed iron core 10 faces the movable iron core 6 and is attached to the lower yoke 3. Reference numeral 11 denotes a return spring that is compressed between the movable core 6 and the fixed core 10, and is always connected to the movable core 6.
is being suppressed upward. A coil frame 12 surrounds the main body 7 of the movable core 6, the return spring 11, and the fixed core 10, and is interposed between the upper yoke 2 and the lower yoke. A coil 13 is wound around the outer periphery of the coil frame 12. Reference numeral 14 denotes a movable yoke, the lower end of which is hinged by engaging the tip of the lower yoke in a concave-convex manner, and the upper end is opposed to a hanging piece 15 formed at the tip of the upper yoke 2. 1
Reference numeral 6 denotes a spring that acts on the movable yoke 14, one end of which is hooked into a hole 17 formed in the movable yoke 14, and the other end is hooked into a hole 18 formed in the upper yoke 2, so that the upper end of the movable yoke 14 hangs down. A spring force is applied to the movable yoke 14 in the direction of separating it from the movable yoke 15. 1
9 is a hanging piece formed at the tip of the lower yoke 3;
0 is an adjustment screw screwed into this hanging piece, and the tip 21 of this adjustment screw 20 is brought into contact with the movable yoke 14 to stop the rotation of the movable yoke 14 by the spring 16. By doing so, the distance l between the hanging piece 15 of the upper yoke 2 and the tip of the movable yoke 14 changes.

Side yoke 4, lower yoke 3, fixed core 1
0, the space where the return spring 11 exists, the path of the movable core 6, the upper yoke 2, the hanging piece 15 of the upper yoke 2, the interval l, the movable yoke 14, the lower yoke 3, the fixed core 10, the return spring 11 A magnetic flux is generated through the space between the Hanging piece 1 of upper yoke 2
Then, the movable core 6 overcomes the spring force of the return spring 11, and the movable core 6 moves downward. Therefore, by rotating the adjustment screw 20 and changing the distance l between the tip of the movable yoke 14 and the hanging piece 15, the magnetic resistance of the path where the magnetic flux is generated changes, and the moving current of the electromagnetic device can be varied. Since the movable iron core 6 is attracted after the movable yoke 14 is moved, the movable iron core 6 is moved downward by a strong suction force.

It is not limited if it is. Although the adjustment screw 19 is screwed into the hanging piece 19 of the lower yoke 3, it may be screwed into the upper yoke 2.

効果がある。 Thus, the present invention provides upper and lower yokes 2,
One end of the movable yoke 14 is screwed onto one of the upper and lower yokes 2 and 3, and the movable yoke 1 is screwed onto the other of the upper and lower yokes 2 and 3.
The spring 16 acts on the movable yoke 14 in such a direction that the other end of the movable yoke 14 faces the other end of the movable yoke 14 and the other of the upper and lower yokes 2 and 3. Since the tip 21 of the adjusting screw 20 screwed into either one of 3 is brought into contact with the movable yoke 14 so as to stop the rotation by the spring 16, the sensitivity current can be easily adjusted even in the assembled state. Electromagnetic devices with different sensitivity currents can be used with the same parts, and when the sensitivity current is varied, the vertical movable distance of the movable iron core 6 does not change, resulting in a constant mechanical output, and the movable yoke 14 is movable. After that, the movable iron core 6 starts moving, so there is an effect that the movable iron core 6 can be attracted with a strong force.
