A template with a desired cutout pattern is placed on the surface of the fiberboard, and sand, steel balls, etc. are blown onto the fiberboard surface and the cutout pattern is engraved to form an uneven pattern. I was pushing him. However, since fiberboard generally has elasticity itself, it is difficult to obtain a sharp uneven pattern when the uneven pattern is formed by the former method, and when the forming plate is brought into contact with the material and pressurized, the recessed area The disadvantage of this method is that there is a difference in density between the convex portions and unevenness of the mechanical strength, and the latter method produces a sharp uneven pattern, but the material loss is greater than that of engraving, making it less economical. This method was disadvantageous and very time-consuming.
In addition, all of the above methods have the disadvantage that when forming the uneven pattern, the fibers are cut and fluff is produced on the uneven surface, which requires post-processing of the uneven surface.
この発明は係る点に鑑みてなされたものであり

である。 The present invention is a papermaking unit in which fibrous materials such as rock wool (steel slag), asbestos, and other inorganic fibers, pulp, other organic fibers, saturated polyester fibers, and synthetic fibers such as rayon and nylon are made using a papermaking machine. When making paper, the moisture content is 40 to 80% by weight, and a paper mat having a desired uneven pattern is pressed against the paper mat to form a paper mat having an uneven pattern. The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a fiberboard having an uneven pattern, which comprises drying the fiberboard to produce a fiberboard having an uneven pattern.

すればよい。 In the present invention, when forming a paper bag having an uneven pattern by contacting and pressing an uneven pattern-forming material onto a paper forming bag, a fibrous material and a waterproof material ( For example, rosin size, paraffin, etc.), a binder (for example, starch, urea resin, etc.), and water are mixed to form a papermaking liquid 1, a papermaking vat 2, a circular papermaking drum 3, and a press roll 4. Paper making machine A
The papermaking liquid 1 is stored in the papermaking vat 2, and a large number of pins 5, 5... are placed on the surface of the wire mesh of the papermaking drum 3.
The paper is made using a concavo-convex pattern-forming material 6 formed by protruding thereon, and the press pressure of the press roll 4 is adjusted so that the moisture content of the paper mat 8 during papermaking falls within the above-mentioned weight % range, and the press rolls 4 are pressed against each other. Particularly uneven pattern 7
The moisture content of the paper-made mat 8 obtained by manufacturing or paper-making is adjusted to within the above-mentioned weight % range, and immediately after the paper-made mat 8 is produced, an uneven pattern forming material is formed of a forming plate having an uneven pattern on the paper-made mat 8. The paper mat 8 having the uneven pattern 7 may be manufactured by contact extrusion.

The reason for limiting it to 40 to 80% by weight is that the water content is 40% by weight.
If the water content is less than 80% by weight, the boundary between the concave and convex portions will be unclear and it will be difficult to form a sharp uneven pattern. On the other hand, if the water content exceeds 80% by weight, the uneven pattern will lose its shape when it is formed. This is because when the moisture content is adjusted to 40 to 80% by weight, a sharp uneven pattern can be easily formed, whereas a sharp uneven pattern cannot be formed reliably. Further, in the case of manufacturing a fiberboard having an uneven pattern by drying the paper-made mat, for example, as shown in FIG. The fiberboard 12 is manufactured, and if necessary, the fiberboard 12 is cut with a cutting machine 13 such as a saw blade, and a paint 15 is applied with a coating machine 14 to obtain a product 16.

い。 As described above, the present invention adjusts the moisture content to 40 to 80% by weight, presses a material with an uneven pattern onto a paper-made mat to produce a paper-made mat having an uneven pattern, and then dries the fiberboard with an uneven pattern. Because it manufactures paper, it is possible to easily form an uneven pattern with sharp boundaries between the concave and convex parts, and when forming the uneven pattern, there is a difference in density between the convex and concave parts, resulting in uneven mechanical strength and corrosion. There is no material loss due to
