m), large-sized (approximately 1 m to 1.5 m in height) chevron roofing materials are produced in factories. This is transported to the site, lifted one by one onto the structure there using a large crane, etc., placed between the opposing structural members at the top of the structure, and then placed on top of the adjacent large chevron roofing material. It had a roof attached to it. The large-sized chevron roofing material was designed to minimize on-site construction by attaching ceiling panels, insulation materials, lighting equipment, etc., and to improve strength, workability, affordability, etc., and was used for roofs. It had been. In recent years, there has been a strong demand for using such large-sized chevron-shaped roofing materials also on walls to construct almost the entire structure from the viewpoints of strength, workability, appearance, and the like. However, because it is large and has a long span, it is extremely troublesome to construct joints on site, and the construction technology is highly sophisticated, and due to the long span, the occurrence of stress distortion due to thermal expansion and contraction is also seen as a problem. was.

The large chevrons for the roof are fixed between the upper parts of the large chevrons for the opposing walls via flanges to form a square arch shape, and the lower ends of the large chevrons for both walls are supported pivotably on the foundation, etc., and these are successively attached. By installing them together, the roof and walls can be constructed as a surface structure that does not require any structural materials to serve as a frame, and has excellent strength and construction methods, and can prevent stress distortion due to thermal expansion and contraction, etc. This solves the problems.

施工するものである。 It has an approximately trapezoidal mountain shape in cross section, and sloped edges are formed outwardly and upwardly from the lower ends on both sides, and the overall height is approximately 1.
The roof part large-sized chevron member A 1 and the wall part large-sized chevron member A 2 are composed of large metal chevron members with a length of about 1.5 m and a width of about 2 m. On the back surface of the large chevron-shaped member, tension bones a are provided at appropriate intervals in the longitudinal direction. Further, on the back side of the large chevron-shaped member, heat insulating material, decorative board, lighting fixture mounting material, etc. were previously attached at the factory, but these are omitted in the drawings. The large angle-shaped material A1 of the roof has a long span (approximately 15 m to approximately 50 m).
m) with no seams in the longitudinal direction (see Figure 5), or multiple members (two members in Figures 1, 2, and 4) are bolted together at the butt flanges.・It is fixed with nuts etc. Whether it is seamless or multiple materials, there is a slight difference in between.
Or it is configured to be lifted up to some extent (see Figures 1, 2, 4, and 5). Both end faces in the longitudinal direction of the roof portion large angle-shaped member A 1 are inclined at appropriate angles when viewed from the side, and flanges 1, 1 are fixed to the end faces. Further, the wall portion large-sized chevron member A 2 is provided vertically or in an inclined manner, and its upper end surface is similar to the roof portion large-sized chevron member A 1 .
The flange 2 is formed to be inclined corresponding to the end face in the longitudinal direction, and the flange 2 is fixed to the end face. The large angle-shaped wall members A 2 are placed symmetrically opposite each other, and the large-sized roof angle member A 1 is placed between their upper ends, and the overlapping flanges 1 and 2 are fixed with bolts, nuts, etc. ing. Reference numeral 3 denotes a frame leg, and a trapezoidal frame 4 having the same cross-sectional size as the large angle-shaped member is provided on the upper part, and vertical members 5, 5 ( (slanted in the drawing) are provided in parallel, and a horizontal member 6 is installed horizontally between the lower ends of the vertical members 5, 5, and the lower end of the vertical members 5, 5 and the trapezoidal frame 4
Diagonal members 7, 7 are provided at each end of the narrow upper member. The frame leg portion 3 is constituted by the trapezoidal frame 4 vertical members 5, 5 horizontal members 6 diagonal members 7, 7.
A reinforcing member 8 may be provided between the vertical member 5 and the diagonal member 7, if necessary. The skeleton leg 3 is
The horizontal member 6 is fixed by welding or the like to the lower inner surface of the wall large-sized chevron-shaped member A 2 so as to substantially coincide with the lower end of the wall-portion large-sized chevron-shaped member A 2 . Reference numeral 9 denotes a pin shoe, in which a hanging plate 11 is provided on the lower surface of an upper plate 10, and the hanging plate 11 is loosely inserted between both vertical plates 13, 13 suspended above the lower plate 12, and is inserted into a pin 14. The upper plate 10 is rotatably supported with respect to the lower plate 12. The lower plate 12 of the pin shoe 9 is fixed to the foundation or the upper part of the wall (see FIG. 4) with an anchor or the like, and the vertical members 5, 5 and diagonal members 7 of the frame leg 3 are attached to the upper surface of the upper plate 10. , 7 are fixed at their lower ends. A large structure is constructed by sequentially arranging these structures as a surface structure. In order to actually construct this large structure, pins 9 are fixed at appropriate intervals at predetermined positions on the foundation, etc., and on top of the pins 9, frame legs are attached to the wall large angle-shaped members A2. The lower ends of 3 are fixed, and the wall large-sized chevron members A 2 and A 2 are erected facing each other, and then the roof large-sized chevron A 1 is placed oppositely using a crane or the like. 2 ,
It is placed between the upper parts of A and 2 , its flanges 1 and 2 are fixed with bolts and nuts, and construction is carried out by repeating these steps one after another.

The large chevron material A 1 was fixed via the flanges 1 and 2 to form a rectangular arch shape, and these were installed one after another. The material A 2 is rigidly joined via the flanges 1 and 2, exhibiting a rigid frame structure, and providing a large structure with a surface structure that does not require any vertical or horizontal structural materials. In particular, because the cross-sectional shape is the same, it is possible to obtain products of the same quality and high precision from a factory management perspective, and the on-site work is also easy.
They are simply fixed together with bolts, nuts, etc.
Compared to the conventional work of holding and welding both ends using special equipment, the connection can be made more easily and quickly. In addition, if welding is used to connect large mountain-shaped roofing materials on-site as in the past, due to their large size, particularly advanced welding techniques are required, and it is difficult to determine whether the welding strength is sufficient on-site. Inspections are extremely difficult to judge with the naked eye, and the inconveniences of having to use separate devices for each inspection are completely eliminated by the present invention. Furthermore, the structure is a rigid frame structure, and because of its large size, the section modulus is extremely large, and it can provide an extremely strong surface structure against horizontal and vertical loads such as earthquakes, snowfall, and wind pressure. In addition, in the present invention, since the lower ends of both wall portions A 2 and A 2 are pivotally supported on the foundation, etc., as shown by the dotted lines on the outside and inside in Fig. Even if 1 expands and contracts due to heat, the large angle-shaped members A 2 and A 2 on both walls swing around the pivot point, absorbing all the expansion and contraction, and creating a strong, large structure that does not cause deformation or strain in any part. It can be made into a thing. Furthermore, by unifying the roof and walls into the same large chevron shape, it is possible to create a structure with a new architectural beauty.
