In view of the above-mentioned viewpoints, the present invention has been made with the object of providing a method that eliminates the need for scaffolding and enables safe assembly of pump barrels and lead pipes in a short construction period. A plurality of pump barrels and lead pipes formed in the same manner are sequentially suspended by a crane provided outside the tank and carried into the tank through the tank roof opening, and each pump barrel is connected by a horizontal member and fixed to the tank roof, A sky gondola carried into the tank through the tank roof opening by the crane is arranged so that it can be raised and lowered along the pump barrel, and as a worker gets on the sky gondola, the sky gondola is raised and lowered in the direction of the height of the pump barrel. A worker manually attaches horizontal members from the sky gondola at required intervals to connect the pump barrels, and a worker rides the sky gondola and attaches scaffolding pipes to the horizontal members attached at predetermined intervals in the height direction. The present invention is characterized in that the pump barrel is suspended, a scaffold board is spanned over the scaffold pipe, and a support is attached to the pump barrel and the lead pipe from the scaffold board to connect the pump barrel and the lead pipe.

During the work, a plurality of pump barrels 5 and lead pipes 6, which have been prepared in advance to a predetermined length outside the tank 1, are hung one by one using a crane outside the tank 1, and the tank is opened through an opening in the roof 2. 1, temporarily placed it on the support stand 7 installed on the bottom plate of the tank 1, and after determining the mutual spacing between the pump barrels 5, adjusted the height, and then placed the pump barrel 5 directly above the hanging deck 3 and the support. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, horizontal members 8 and 9 are fixed to the part directly above the stand 7,
After that, the pump barrel 5 is fixed to the roof 2.

The crane carries a plurality of sky gondolas 10
are sequentially suspended and carried into the tank 1 through the upper opening of the roof 2, and one end of the wire rope 11 is fixed to the hanging piece 4 so as to be able to be wound up and let out by a winch mounted on the sky gondola 10, A winch of the sky gondola 10 allows the gondola 10 to move up and down along the pump barrel 5. The sky gondola 10 is arranged as shown in FIG. 4, for example, in a plan view.

Once the sky gondola 10 is arranged in the tank 1 so that it can be raised and lowered, the horizontal member 12 is loaded onto the sky gondola 10, and a worker gets on the sky gondola 10 and lifts and lowers the sky gondola 10 to remove the horizontal member 12.
are manually attached to each pump barrel 5 using the sky gondola 10 as a scaffold (see Figure 3). The horizontal member 12 is normally installed from the bottom to the top. Also, depending on the weight of the horizontal member 12, the horizontal member 12
may not be mounted on the sky gondola 10, but may be suspended from the sky gondola 10 stopped at a predetermined position by another winch (not shown) installed on the tank bottom plate.

On the other hand, in this embodiment, since the lead pipe 6 is located in the middle of the triangular area formed by the pump barrel 5, the supports 13 and 14 (see FIG. 5) are attached to the lead pipe 6 and the pump barrel 5. The intermediate support 15 (see FIG. 6) cannot be attached from the sky gondola 10. For this purpose, while riding the sky gondola 10, the worker suspends the scaffold pipe 17 from the horizontal member 12 etc. via the chain 16 of the suspended scaffold, as shown in FIG. Scaffolding boards 18 are stretched over and fixed to surround the lead pipe 6, or straight scaffolding boards are stretched over the horizontal members 12 and the like to surround the lead pipe 6. 14. Attach the intermediate support 15, etc.
