のである。(Means and effects for solving the problems) For this reason, the present invention has the advantage of bending and sewing the edge of the upper to the circumferential side of the insole, and making a resin material by injection or extrusion molding on the lower surface of the insole. In a method of manufacturing shoes in which the outsole is molded, a conductive synthetic resin is injected into the space where the outsole is formed by upper and lower molds to form the outsole, and the injection pressure is maintained. By doing so, the conductive synthetic resin oozes out from the seam between the upper and the midsole onto the upper surface of the midsole, and a film of the conductive synthetic resin is formed on the upper surface of the midsole.

The outsole is made of conductive synthetic resin (mainly polyurethane), a material specially formulated for the outsole with a volume resistivity of approximately 10 9 Ω・cm. According to the JIST8103 test method, the resistance value of soles made of this material is approximately 1.0 x 10 5 to 1.0 x 10 7 Ω, which is an ideal value for the performance of electrostatic shoes. It is something to do. The insole 2 and upper 3 are now integrated, and this is mounted in a mold 6 as shown in FIG. 3, and the outsole 1 is formed by injection molding. In this case, there is another mold 7 between the upper 3 and the midsole 2.

In this state, the synthetic resin fills the space 8 and also seeps into the seam 4, but if this filling pressure is maintained, the resin liquid passes through the seam 4 and seeps out onto the upper surface of the insole 2. However, it eventually flows out from around the midsole 2 into the gap (previously provided) between the mold 7 and the midsole 2, and finally forms a film 9 on the entire upper surface of the midsole 2. In this state, the mold is appropriately cooled and after the resin has solidified, the molds 6 and 7 are removed, and the state shown in the cross section of FIG.
An electrostatic shoe is obtained in which the film 9 is formed on the upper surface of the midsole 2 and is electrically conductive through the resin that has oozed out. When you wear these shoes, the static electricity charged on your body is transferred from the wide area of the sole of your foot to the outer sole 1 through the membrane 9 and the resin at the seam 4.
and is discharged to the ground.

る。(Effects of the Invention) The present invention is constructed as described above in detail, and when the outsole made of a conductive synthetic resin is molded by injection or extrusion molding, the edge of the upper is attached to the circumferential side of the midsole. The synthetic resin liquid oozes out and flows out onto the upper surface of the midsole at the seam when the material is bent and sewn, forming a film on the upper surface of the midsole. This film is not created in a separate process, but is formed naturally by simply maintaining the pressure during injection or extrusion molding of the outsole, so there is no particular cost increase.
In this case, in the present invention, the outsole is molded by injecting or extruding resin into the space formed by the upper and lower molds for molding the outsole, so that the pressure during injection or extrusion molding of the outsole is reduced. Since the space is sealed, retention can be easily and reliably achieved, and by forcibly exuding the resin under pressure, the objective can be achieved in an extremely short time compared to when the resin is allowed to seep in naturally. can improve shoe manufacturing efficiency. In addition, since this film is formed on the entire or most part of the upper surface of the insole, it has a large contact area with the sole of the foot, and can quickly and reliably dissipate electrical charges from the human body through the resin in the seams on the outsole. can.
