激な変化がないのでアルミ撚線Alの素線切れが
防止できる。

せしめる役目しかないにもかかわらず、テーパー
部3を有しているのである。これを圧着するには
アルミカラー4を当てがい全体が圧縮されるが従
来の圧縮ダイスではテーパー部先端で圧縮力がゼ
ロとなるように設定されるがため、第2図に示す
如く雨水の浸入を許す隙間5,5……が生じてし
まう。これはテーパー部先端の外周径と同じくな
るようなダイスの辺間距離D1が選ばれるためで
ある。
