従来の技術及び解決しようとする問題点:
従来、公知の圧延ロール組立体は第1図で概略
図示のように、一定位置で軸受部9で支持されて
回転するロール1と;公知の可動軸受ブロツク
9′を介して支持されて長手軸に直角の方向に移
動しロール1間の間隙を、一側部に設けられる手
動ハンドル3の操作で、調節可能にされるロール
2と;ロール1の軸を回転させたりまたこの回転
力をロール2の軸に伝動するため他側部に設置さ
れる駆動機構4(この駆動機構にはモーター及び
それからの伝動要素が付帯するが図では省略され
ている)から成つている。なお、図中5はウオー
ム、6はウオームホイール,7はハンドル軸8を
中間で二分し、接合する連結部でロールの左、右
の間隙誤差を調整するためのものでいずれも公知
のものである。このような組立体は従来第1図の
ように左、右一対の直立フレーム1′,1′上に装
架されるのが一般であるがこのようなフレームで
は左、右いずれの方向からもフレームが邪魔にな
つて清掃や手入れに手間がかゝる上、圧延頭初の
麺帯の手移し(すなわち、先頭の組立体で圧延さ
れた麺帯を次の組立体に手動的に引き移す)もフ
レーム越しに行わねばならず相当の熟練が必要と
なるのである。このような事情は、通常このよう
な組立体が複数箇、小間隔を置いて直列に配置さ
れ、これらにより麺帯が連続圧延されるものであ
ることを考えれば容易に判ることである。この発
明はこのような従来の支持フレームの在り方を改
良して片持梁式のものとし、しかも単なる片持梁
でなくこれに新規な工夫を付加して従来型の欠点
を解消すると共に作業の安全面からも利点が得ら
