The lower opening of the recess 1 is covered by a blinding plate 5, which has a plurality of protrusions 3 protruding parallel to each other and installed on both sides of the lower opening of the recess 1.
This flooring material is characterized by having its lower surface located at a higher position than the lower surface of the flooring main body 2, and its purpose is to provide cushioning properties, provide a good feel, and prevent the surface from being scratched. To provide a flooring material which does not require a cushioning material when packed and does not deteriorate the appearance since the recess on the lower surface of the flooring material body is not visible.

が良いという利点がある。 The present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. A is a flooring material, which is used as a decking material for balconies, terraces, drying racks, etc., endboards for benches, wet edges, etc., and floorboards for hallways.
Reference numeral 3 denotes a plurality of protrusions extending parallel to each other on the upper surface of the flooring main body 2, and the protrusions 3 are made of synthetic resin such as polyvinyl chloride, as shown in Fig. 4a.
The protrusion 3 may be straight as shown in FIG. 4, or it may be wavy and meandering as shown in FIG. 4b. Further, a recess 1 that opens downward is formed on the lower surface of the floor material main body 2, and locking grooves 4 are formed on both sides of the lower surface opening of the recess 1, and both sides are fitted into the locking groove 4. The lower opening of the recess 1 is covered by a blindfold plate 5. In such a case, the lower surface of the blinding board 5 is located at a higher position than the lower surface of the flooring main body 2, and the blinding board 5 can be attached to the flooring main body 2 without slidingly contacting a base material such as a joist. . A drainage groove 6 is formed between the recesses 1 on the upper surface of the flooring main body 2, and the flooring material A is fixed by driving screws or nails from the bottom of this drainage groove 6 to the mounting base such as a joist. Accordingly, the drainage groove 6 can be hidden by a cap (not shown) having a substantially U-shaped cross section. The synthetic resin protrusions 3 add cushioning properties to the upper surface of the flooring main body 2, giving a good feel when standing on it, and the cushioning properties of the protrusions 3 absorb shock. At the same time, since the protrusion 3 is provided protrudingly on the upper surface of the floor material main body 2, the upper surface of the floor material A is less likely to be damaged, and since the protrusion 3 serves as a cushioning material, there is no need to insert a cushioning material during packaging. Become. Also, protrusion 3
are provided in parallel over the entire length of the longitudinal direction, so when used as flooring material A, the protrusions 3 can prevent sliding in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction.
Rainwater, etc. on the surface 1 drains smoothly along the grooves between the protrusions 3, and cleaning can be done by sweeping in the longitudinal direction along the protrusions 3, compared to the case where the protrusions are formed in a grid or dotted manner. It is easy to use, and furthermore, it is possible to prevent and muffle the sound of stepping (particularly if the flooring material A contains steel plates or the like, the sound is high). Furthermore, if the protrusions 3 are formed in a wavy shape, even if the protrusions 3 are pressed and deformed, they will easily return to their original state, and slipping in the longitudinal direction can be prevented, giving a better feel than straight protrusions 3. is good. Moreover, since the lower opening of the recess 1 is covered by the blind plate 5, if the flooring material A is installed on the upper floor, the recess 1 cannot be seen even when looking up from the lower floor, and the appearance is good. There are advantages.

向上する。 What is shown in FIG. 2 is a flooring A according to another example of the present invention, in which a connecting portion 7 having a substantially U-shaped cross section is provided on one side of the lower surface of the flooring main body 2, and a connecting groove opening upward on the other side of the lower surface. 8
As shown in Fig. 3, by fitting the connecting portion 7 into the connecting groove 8 of the adjacent flooring materials A, adjacent flooring materials A can be connected together. After connecting the parts A, the recess 1 formed in the connecting part can also be covered with a blind plate 5. Note that the strength of the flooring material A is improved by providing projections extending longitudinally on the lower surface of the flooring material body 2 as well.

増大する。 The material of the flooring material A is shown in FIGS. 5a to 5d. That is, in the one shown in FIG. 5a, both upper and lower surfaces of a metal core 9 such as a steel plate are covered with a soft synthetic resin layer 10, and a protrusion 3 made of soft synthetic resin is integrally provided on the upper surface of the flooring main body 2. This is what I did. When the upper surface of the flooring main body 2 is formed of the soft synthetic resin layer 10 in this way, static electricity is less likely to occur, and the metal core 9 removes static electricity and prevents charging.
It is also strong. In the case shown in FIG. 5b, the upper and lower surfaces of the metal core 9 are covered with hard synthetic resin layers 11, and the upper surface is formed by laminating a soft synthetic resin layer 10 on top of the upper hard synthetic resin layer 11. , a protrusion 3 made of soft synthetic resin is provided integrally with the upper surface. The one shown in Figure 5c is a hard synthetic resin layer 1.
1 and a soft synthetic resin layer 10 are laminated to form the flooring main body 2.
A protruding strip 3 made of soft synthetic resin is provided integrally with a soft synthetic resin layer 10 forming the upper surface. The one shown in FIG. 5d is made entirely of hard synthetic resin 11', and has a projection 3 made of hard synthetic resin integrally provided on its upper surface. Further, when a foamed synthetic resin is used as the synthetic resin material, the flooring material A becomes lighter, has better heat insulation properties, and becomes less expensive. Furthermore, flooring material A
Weather resistance is increased by coating the surface with acrylic resin.

下させることがないという利点がある。 As described above, the present invention has a plurality of protrusions made of synthetic resin protruding parallel to each other over the entire longitudinal length on the upper surface of the flooring main body, so it has cushioning properties, has a good feel, and is shock resistant. It has the advantage that it can be absorbed by the ridges, is less likely to damage the surface of the flooring material, and does not require cushioning material during packaging. In addition, the ridges that protrude along the longitudinal direction prevent slipping in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, allowing for smooth drainage and easy cleaning. However, it has the effect of not making any noise and has a high silencing effect. In addition, since the bottom opening of the recess is covered by blind boards installed on both sides of the bottom opening of the recess formed on the bottom surface of the flooring material, even if it is used for a balcony or drying rack, the floor will be visible from below. The recess on the bottom surface of the material is not visible, and the bottom surface of the blind board that hides the bottom opening is located at a higher position than the bottom surface of the floor material itself. This can be done without sliding on the base material such as joists, making it easy to attach the blind board to the flooring body, and avoiding scratches on the underside of the blind board. Even when used on balconies, drying racks, etc., there are no scratches on the blindfold board on the lower surface of the flooring material, which has the advantage of not degrading the appearance.
