Generally, this type of antenna element mounting tool has a structure that includes a pedestal that is attached to the antenna arm and an element fitting tool that is attached to the pedestal using bolts and nuts. Therefore, antenna assembly work and element folding work always required the operation of bolts and nuts.
The drawbacks were that the operation was complicated and the work time was long. On the other hand, there is an antenna element fastening member described in, for example, Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 57-2101, which allows the element to be assembled and folded without using bolts or nuts. However, this method has the disadvantage that the manufacturing cost increases because the mechanism for engaging and disengaging the element fitting from the pedestal is complicated. Additionally, there was a problem that the element in the folded state was lifted up compared to the assembled state.

In order to achieve this object, the antenna element mount according to the present invention has a V-shaped guide surface on one side of the base plate, and a fitting part of the antenna arm in the center of the opposite surface parallel to the valley of the V-shaped guide surface. A recess is formed in the center of the V-shaped guide surface into which an element fitting body, which will be described later, is rotatably fitted, and element receiving grooves are formed on both slopes of the V-shaped guide surface, passing through the center of the recess and perpendicular to the valley. an element insertion body comprising a pedestal having high elasticity, a protrusion with a rivet attachment hole protruding from the center of the lower surface of the main body having a horizontal element insertion hole, and a cutout at the bottom of the element insertion hole on both sides of the base; , a rivet that rotatably attaches the element fitting body to the antenna arm by bringing the protrusion of the element fitting body into contact with the bottom of the recess of the pedestal, and the element fitting body is rotatably attached to the antenna arm through the concave portion of the pedestal. The element disposed on the attachment body is arranged so that it is in approximate contact with the valley of the V-shaped guide surface in a state parallel to the antenna arm, and the element is arranged between the valley of the V-shaped guide surface of the elastic pedestal and the element receiving groove. It is designed to rotate.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below based on the drawings. In FIGS. 1 and 2, reference numeral 1 denotes a base having appropriate elasticity such as a synthetic resin material, and the upper surface of the base plate 2 has a V-shaped guide surface 3 and a recess 5 having a rivet hole 4 in the center thereof. Element receiving grooves 6, 6 are formed on the slopes on both sides of this recess in a direction that passes through the axis of the rivet hole 4, which is the center of the recess 5, and in a direction perpendicular to the valley of the V-shaped guide surface 3. Forms a fitting portion 7 that fits into the upper surface of the antenna arm 8 parallel to the valley of the V-shaped guide surface 3. 10 is pedestal 1
It is an element fitting body that is rotatably attached to the main body part 11.
An element insertion hole 12 is provided horizontally in the main body, a head hole 14 of a rivet 13 and a rivet hole 15 are formed in the center of the lower surface of the main body, and a protrusion 16 that comes into contact with the top surface of the recess 5 is provided protrudingly. The lower part of the element insertion hole 12 on both sides of the base of the protrusion is cut out, and the rivet 13 is inserted through the square hole 17 in the center of the top surface of the main body 11 through the rivet holes 15, 4 and the antenna arm 8, as shown in FIG. It is rotatably attached to the pedestal 1. In this embodiment, both sides of the lower surface of the main body part 11 are V-shaped along the V-shaped guide surface 3 of the pedestal 1 with an appropriate interval. Note that the lower end of the rivet 13 is caulked.

Therefore, in the present invention, when the element 18 attached to the element fitting body 10 is taken parallel to the antenna arm 8 as shown in FIG. 2, the lower end of the element is slightly lower than the lower end of the element receiving groove 6. And V-shaped guide surface 3
Furthermore, the highest position 19 of the V-shaped guide surface, which is both outer edges of the V-shaped guide surface 3, is such that the displacement due to horizontal rotation of the element 18 is within the elastic limit. It is selected as follows.
Therefore, in this embodiment, as a means for obtaining larger elastic deformation of the pedestal 1, the recess 5 has no side wall facing the legs 9, as shown in FIGS. so that it can be easily opened to both sides by downward external force.

Next, the operation of the antenna element mount according to the present invention will be explained. When the element 18 is approximately parallel to the antenna arm 8 as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the element 18 is folded in a loosely attached state, approximately touching the valley of the V-shaped guide surface 3, as described above. There is. Here, when the element 18 is rotated counterclockwise or clockwise, the element 18 presses both slopes of the V-shaped guide surface 3 downward and elastically displaces both sides of the base plate 2 and both legs 9 downward. At least it rotates, and when it passes over the highest position 19 of the V-shaped guide surface 3 and reaches a position perpendicular to the antenna arm 8, the element receiving grooves 6, 6
is supported, and is in the normally assembled state (Figures 3 and 4). In this case, the element receiving grooves 6, 6 are
Since the element 18 is elastically deformed and strongly presses the element upward, the element 18 is strongly clamped between the element receiving groove 6 and the main body part 11 of the element fitting body 10, and will never loosen. Next, when the element 18 is rotated clockwise or counterclockwise from the state shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 6, and return to the valley parallel to the antenna arm 8 by passing over both outer edges of the V-shaped guide surface 3, and the element is in a folded state.

As explained above, in the present invention, the element fitting body is rotatably attached to the central recess of the V-shaped guide surface of the elastic pedestal, and the element mounted on the element fitting body is inserted into the valley of the V-shaped guide surface and between the grooves of the V-shaped guide surface. Since the pedestal is elastically deformed by the element and rotated between the valley and the perpendicular element receiving groove, the element changes from the folded state in which the element is approximately parallel to the antenna arm to the assembled state in which it is orthogonal to the antenna arm. Moreover, there is an advantage that the opposite state can be quickly obtained by rotating the element. Moreover, the height position of the element does not change in both the folded state and the assembled state. Furthermore, if the element receiving groove of the V-shaped guide surface is made slightly higher than the valley, the element can be firmly held on the pedestal in the assembled state, so that there is no movement of the element. Furthermore, since the present invention comprises a simple structure of a pedestal, an element fitting body, and one rivet for attaching these to an antenna arm, this type of antenna element mount can be provided at a low cost.
