In general, various types of sheet ovens have been known in the past, in which a sheet is propped up on a wicket and passed through the oven to undergo continuous heat treatment. For example, there is a structure in which a pressure accumulation chamber is installed on both sides of the oven ceiling, and hot air is ejected downward from the pressure accumulation chamber, and the amount of air emitted is reversed and raised at the bottom of the oven to heat the sheet. An oven with a structure that heats the sheet by blowing hot air upward from the pressure accumulating chamber and flowing it from the bottom of the sheet, or an oven with a pressure accumulating chamber on the side wall of the oven and blowing out hot air from many hole nozzles. Some of them have a structure in which the hot air flows from the side of the seat and the hot air is sucked and collected from the opposing side wall.

However, these conventional structures had problems in terms of uniformity in heating the sheet. In addition, with the conventional structure described above, the sheet being conveyed in the oven is also subjected to strong wind pressure from one direction, and as the sheet shakes during conveyance, it also causes friction scratches on the sheet surface due to continuous shaking between the sheet and the wicket. A problem arose.

Hereinafter, one embodiment of the present invention will be described based on the drawings. As shown in FIG. 1 or 2, 1 is a heat treatment chamber provided in oven A according to the present invention,
Reference numeral 2 denotes pressure accumulating chambers disposed on both sides of the heat treatment chamber 1. In this embodiment, the pressure accumulator 2 is divided into three stages, with 2a being an upper stage pressure accumulating chamber, 2b being a middle stage pressure accumulating chamber, and 2c being a lower stage pressure accumulating chamber. In addition, elongated hot air jetting gap nozzles 4a, 4b, 4c are formed on the side of the hot air jetting ports 3 of the pressure accumulating chambers 2a, 2b, 2c of each stage in parallel to the sheet conveyance direction (arrow direction). 5a, 5b, and 5c are dampers provided so that the amount of air sent to each of the pressure storage chambers 2a, 2b, and 2c can be adjusted respectively. 6 is a ventilation fan;
Reference numeral 7 denotes a chain conveyor for conveying the sheets 8, and 9 denotes wickets that stand on the chain conveyor 7 at regular intervals to support the conveyed sheets 8.

Hot air is sprayed onto each sheet 8 that has entered the heat treatment chamber 1 from both side edges of the sheet 8. That is, elongated gap nozzles 4a, 4b, 4c formed parallel to the sheet conveyance direction are emitted from the pressure accumulation chambers 2a, 2b, 2c disposed on both sides of the chain conveyor 7 in the traveling direction (sheet conveyance direction). Through this, hot air is injected into the side edge space of the sheet 3. At this time, the hot air flows parallel to the sheet 8. Further, the amount of air flowing into each pressure accumulating chamber 2a, 2b, 2c can be adjusted respectively by dampers 5a, 5b, 5c.

In addition, the sheet 8 can be prevented from swinging by slowing down the speed of the hot air jetted from the gap nozzles 4a, 4b, and 4c on both sides and reducing the occurrence of collision flows between the jets on both sides. . In addition, gap nozzles 4a, 4b,
By causing the jet from 4c to flow parallel to the sheet 8, both side edges of the sheet 8 will constantly move within the jet. Therefore, the sheet 8 does not pass through the boundary between the jets and the sheet 8 can be prevented from swinging, and together with the small collision force of the jets, the sheet 8 can be stably conveyed within the heat treatment chamber 1. be able to. Furthermore, in this embodiment, the damper 5
By adjusting a, 5b, 5c, the gap nozzles 4a, 4
The amount of hot air ejected from b and 4c can be adjusted more delicately, and the aforementioned heating and temperature increase state can be made uniform and the sheet 8 can be stabilized.
