この整流子片固定板の適当な90度ずつずれた4個
の突起部に前記2個の整流子片集合体の一方の整
流子片集合体の各整流子片の挿入孔を、凹部に膨
出状のハブが嵌合されるようにして挿入固着し、
これが挿入固着された4個の突起部から一円周方
向へ30度ずつずれた4個の突起部には前記1個の
整流子片集合体の各整流子片の挿入孔を挿入固着
し、これが挿入固着された4個の突起部から更に
一円周方向へ30度ずつずれた4個の突起部には前
記2個の整流子片集合体の他方の整流子片集合体
の各整流子片の挿入孔を、膨出状のハブが凹部の
反対側へ突出されるようにして挿入固着すると共
に、前記整流子片固定板のシヤフトには、一面に
窪部が設けられた固定具を前記2個の整流子片集
合体の他方の整流子片集合体の膨出状のハブに窪
部が嵌合されるようにして圧入して、各整流子片

ヤフト3付き整流子片固定板4を形成し、この整
流子片固定板4の適当な90度ずつずれた4個の突
起部7cに前記2個の整流子片集合体12の一方
の整流子片集合体12の各整流子片2の挿入孔8
を、凹部13に膨出状のハブ9が嵌合されるよう
にして夫々挿入した後、その各突起部7cの先端
部を加熱押圧等でつぶすことにより固着する。こ
れが挿入固着された4個の突起部7cから一円周
方向へ30度ずつずれた4個の突起部7bには前記
1個の整流子片集合体11の各整流子片1の挿入
孔8を夫々挿入した後、その各突起部7bの先端
部を加熱押圧等でつぶすことにより固着する。こ
れが挿入固着された4個の突起部7bから更に一
円周方向へ30度ずつずれた4個の突起部7aには
前記2個の整流子片集合体12の他方の整流子片

整流子片集合体12の他方の整流子片集合体12
の膨出状のハブ9に窪部14が嵌合されるよう圧
入して、各整流子片集合体11,12を固定した

個一組にして、各組毎に外部で導線を用いて接続

の整流子片集合体12、1個の整流子片集合体1

集合体12を挿入固着した際に、整流子片固定板
4の凹部13に2個の整流子片集合体12の膨出
状のハブ9の突出方向が逆向きに交互に嵌合され
ることになるため、各整流子片集合体11,12
の間を電気的に絶縁する必要はないのである。従
つて、従来、各整流子片集合体11,12の整流
子片1,2相互間に必要であつた絶縁装着用の絶
縁スリツトの加工工程をも省略することができ
