In the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1, molten plastic is extruded from a tube extruder 1 to form a tube 2, and this tube 2 is brought into contact with the outer surface of an inner diameter regulating mandrel 3 extended at the tip of the extruder to cool and solidify it. Next, the coating agent 5 is applied to the inner surface of the tube from the coating agent port 4 provided on the outer periphery of the mandrel 3, and then the coating agent 5 is applied to the inner surface of the tube through the gap 7 between the outer surface of the thickness adjustment part 6 provided continuously to the coating agent port 4 and the inner surface of the tube. This is a method for manufacturing an inner-coated tube, which is characterized in that the thickness of the coating film is controlled while being removed.

Plastics for forming the tube of the present invention include polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene terephthalate, polyamide, and the like. These plastics are heated and melted by a screw type extrusion device (not shown), etc., and then transferred to a tube extruder 1.
A crosshead die as shown in FIG. 1 is preferably used to penetrate the extruder 1 and arrange various devices inside the tube 2.

When the tube 2 is pulled downward, its diameter is reduced and it comes into contact with the outer surface of the cooling part 31 of the mandrel 3, where it is cooled and solidified and advances downward with its inner diameter regulated. Here, the cooling section 31 is cooled by a cooling water pipe 32 disposed inside the mandrel.

Next, the tube 2 passes through the outer surface of a ring-shaped coating agent opening 4 provided on the outer periphery of the mandrel following the cooling section 31, and at this time, the coating agent 5 is applied to the inner surface of the tube. The coating agent 5 is supplied from an external coating agent tank 52 through a coating agent tube 51 disposed through the tube extruder and mandrel.
Here, as the coating agent port 4, as shown in FIG.
A rising wall 4 is formed on the outer periphery of the lower part of the ring-shaped applicator opening 4.
1 may be provided so that the coating agent 5 overflows the rising wall and is applied to the inner surface of the tube 2. Further, a notch (not shown) is provided in a part of the rising wall 41 so that the coating agent 5 overflows only from this notch and is partially applied to the inner surface of the tube. It can also be applied in stripes to the inner surface. In the example shown in FIG. 2, the increase or decrease in the coating agent 5 is absorbed by the elasticity of the gas in the space 42 formed above the coating agent mouth, so that there is an effect that fluctuations in the coating thickness are small. An air vent pipe 43 may be provided to adjust the size of this space 42.

The tube 2 coated on the inner surface continues to pass through the outer periphery of the thickness adjusting section 6, and the thickness of the coating agent 5 is adjusted by the gap 7 formed between the outer circumferential surface of the thickness adjusting section 6 and the inner surface of the tube 2. Regulated. The thickness adjusting part 6 has an outer diameter slightly smaller than the cooling part 31, is cooled and solidified in the cooling part 31, and has a slight gap between it and the inner surface of the tube whose inner diameter is regulated by the outer diameter of the cooling part 31. By holding and sliding, the thickness of the coating material can be regulated. At the stage of coating and adjusting the thickness, the tube 2 has already been cooled and solidified, so it will not be deformed by the coating pressure, etc., and the thickness can be adjusted accurately.

In this way, the inner surface coating tube 2 is obtained, but if the coating agent 5 is a paint containing a solvent, it is preferable to subsequently dry the coating film on the inner surface of the tube. As a drying method, for example, as shown in FIG. 1, the solvent and the like in the coating film can be removed and dried by blowing air from the tip of an air pipe 8 provided through the mandrel 3 in the direction of an arrow 81. . The air containing the solvent and the like can be discharged to the outside through an exhaust pipe 82 arranged in parallel with the blower pipe 8 in the mandrel.

As described in detail above, according to the manufacturing method of the inner surface coated tube of the present invention, paint etc. can be applied to the inner surface during the plastic manufacturing process, and the inner surface of the tube and the thickness adjustment portion after cooling and solidification can be coated. The gap formed between the outer surface and the outer surface allows a coating film of accurate thickness to be obtained.
