The present invention relates to a skin removal sheet, and more specifically, to provide a skin removal sheet that can cleanly and painlessly remove sunburned skin during the summer. In the summer, the skin gradually peels off from sunburned skin, but the ease with which it peels off differs between heavily sunburned areas and non-sunburned areas, resulting in a "patchy" appearance.
Moreover, over time, shading may develop between the remaining part and the removed part, resulting in the formation of so-called stains. Until now, skin peeling caused by sunburn has been carried out by leaving it on naturally, peeling it off by hand, or in some cases using surgical adhesive tape (or sheet), but as mentioned above, No sheet has yet been developed that can remove the skin beautifully without forming mottled skin. The above-mentioned surgical adhesive tapes are generally designed to adhere reliably to the skin, but not only do they not have sufficient adhesion to areas such as sunburned cortex, but they also have difficulty following the unevenness of the skin, making it difficult to cleanly remove the skin. It is something that cannot be done. As a result of various studies, the present inventor has developed a sheet that adheres well to sunburned cortex, etc., and also reliably follows the unevenness of the skin, and can be removed once applied and peeled off with less pain. The present invention was based on the finding that the various requirements described above can be satisfied by removing the skin using a peeling sheet (film or tape) having a specific composition. That is, the present invention provides a thermoplastic elastomer with a softening point of 180% for 100 parts by weight of a thermoplastic elastomer having a tensile strength of at least 10Kg/cm 2 and a melt index of 200 or less.
℃ or below, 50 to 300 parts by weight of adhesive-imparting resin, 2 to 30 parts by weight of synthetic rubber, and 30 to 200 parts by weight of a liquid polymer compatible with any of these three components. The present invention provides leather sheets. The skin removal sheet of the present invention is applied to the sunburned cortex and then forcibly peeled off, thereby simultaneously beautifulizing the sunburned cortex that tends to peel off without causing severe pain to the skin. It has the ease of use of being able to remove the skin and has various features as explained below. The thermoplastic elastomer used in the present invention is
A base component that imparts physical strength and uniform properties to the peeling sheet, preferably a high molecular weight polymer that can achieve the above objectives at a proportion of 30% or less (by weight) of the total components. be done. Specific examples of polymers that can achieve the above purpose include styrene-isoprene-styrene or styrene-butadiene-styrene with a styrene content of 5 to 45% by weight.
Examples include styrene block copolymer, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer, transisoprene, etc., but the tensile strength is at least 10 Kg/cm 2 , practically 50 Kg/cm 2 or more. It is necessary to use a polymer having a melt index of 200 or less (according to JIS C 2336). If the tensile strength is less than 10 kg/ cm2 , the peeling sheet must be made thin to adhere to the irregularities of the skin surface, and when it is peeled off during use, there is a risk of it breaking, and the melt index will be 200. In the above cases, when heated and applied to the skin, the fluidity is too high and it may not maintain a uniform thickness, may adhere to the skin surface unnecessarily, or may deform during storage. It is undesirable because it causes The adhesion-imparting resin used in the present invention is a component that imparts appropriate adhesion to the skin, and includes, for example, natural resins such as gum rosin, Utsudrosin, and Dammar, modified rosins such as polymerized rosin, partially hydrogenated rosin, and glycerin esters. Examples include rosin, derivatives of rosin or modified rosin such as bentaerythrite ester, polyester resins, petroleum resins, etc., but in order to obtain adhesion at low temperatures, a resin with a softening point of 180°C or lower is selected. It is necessary to. The synthetic rubber used in the present invention is a component that controls the surface adhesiveness of the skin removal sheet, and is, for example, a non-thermoplastic rubber such as butyl rubber, polyisobutylene rubber, chloroprene rubber, or ethylene-propylene-terpolymer rubber. However, in order to achieve the above object, butyl rubber is particularly desirable. In addition, the liquid polymer used in the present invention is a component added for the purpose of imparting flexibility to the exfoliating sheet at low temperatures and improving adhesion when applied to the skin surface, and has a good relationship with at least the above three components. For example, one or more selected from the group of polybutene, liquid polyisobutylene, liquid isoprene, liquid adhesion-imparting resin, etc., is used. The skin removal sheet of the present invention is composed of these four components as essential components: a specific thermoplastic elastomer, a specific adhesion-imparting resin, a synthetic rubber, and a liquid polymer, but a colorant may be added as necessary. ,
Compounding agents that are acceptable for use on the skin, such as fillers, antioxidants, stabilizers, fragrances, and drugs, can be added in appropriate amounts depending on the purpose. The above-mentioned four essential components are thermoplastic elastomer;
The adhesion-imparting resin, synthetic rubber, and liquid polymer are generally 50 to 600 parts by weight of resin, 2 to 30 parts by weight of synthetic rubber, and 100 parts by weight of thermoplastic elastomer.
Liquid polymer is added in the range of 30 to 200 parts by weight, but in practical terms 100 to 300 parts by weight of resin and 5 parts of synthetic rubber are added.
~12 parts by weight, and 70-130 parts by weight of liquid polymer. The uniformly dispersed mixture designed in this way is
Using known sheet-forming or film-forming methods such as extrusion, rolling, and casting, a film is formed to a thickness of about 0.05 to 1.5 mm to obtain a skin removal sheet. The sheet may be coated with thin non-woven fabric, cloth, paper, etc. between its layers or on one surface.
A film-like material such as a plastic film may be interposed or fixed as a reinforcing support, and a release paper or film may be provided on the adhesive surface. In addition to being easy to handle, the skin removal sheet of the present invention has a uniform thickness, so there is little variation in properties, and no adhesive components remain on the skin surface, so the skin removal rate does not change due to changes in outside temperature. It has the characteristic of being able to remove the skin beautifully and without causing any strong pain. Examples of the present invention are shown below. "Middle of the text" indicates parts by weight. Examples Samples Nos. 1 to 4 were prepared using Formulation Examples 1 to 4 described later, and a skin removal test was conducted using adult men and women as panelists. The test results of its properties are shown in Table 1. To prepare the sample, first mix the thermoplastic elastomer, liquid polymer, synthetic rubber, and stabilizer in the formulation example, melt and stir at 150°C for 60 minutes, then add the adhesion-imparting resin and heat at 120°C for 20 minutes. The mixture is melted and stirred, and then only the fragrance of Formulation Example 4 is added and mixed for 1 minute to obtain a molten mixture, which is then spread on a polyester film to a thickness of about 0.3 mm.
