よつて切削する調理機のカツター装置に関するも
のであり、簡単な構造および簡便な操作によつ
て、切削刃の高さをかえることにより、投入材料
の量の多少、および材料の種類に応じてその切削
性能を常に高水準に維持することを目的とするも

なり、常に高水準の切削性能を維持することがで

単な操作により行なえるため、コスト的にも安価
にして使い勝手の向上をはかることができるとと
もに、その使用材料の範囲も広げられて、用途拡
