Conventionally, in lighting equipment such as horizontal lights, the edges of a plurality of reflector members are bent outward, and the bent edges of adjacent reflector members are connected to each other to form a reflector. However, this reflector is fixed with screws or the like inside the instrument casing to which a socket has been previously attached.

In the above-mentioned lighting equipment, the shape of the curved surface of the reflector differs due to an error in the bending angle of the bent edge formed on each reflector member, and the position of the light source, that is, the position of the socket relative to the reflector, also varies. As a result of this deviation, a predetermined light distribution characteristic cannot be obtained in many cases. Moreover, when these corrections are to be made, the reflection plate must be assembled inside the instrument housing, making the correction work extremely troublesome.

To achieve the above object, the present invention forms mounting fixing parts at both ends of a plurality of reflecting plate members each having an engaging part in a curved joint part constituting a reflecting plate, and between the mounting fixing parts at each side end. A connecting member is bridged between the two connecting members, and a plurality of reflecting plate members are connected correctly using the connecting members at both ends to form a reflecting plate.By attaching sockets facing both connecting members, the position of the socket relative to the reflecting plate can be adjusted. This also allows you to set the settings correctly.

FIG. 1 is a front view of this embodiment, FIG. 2 is a bottom view thereof, and FIG. 3 is a perspective view. In these figures, reference numeral 1 denotes a reflector plate, which is formed by extrusion molding of aluminum alloy into a plurality of arcuate pieces, and in this embodiment, two reflector plate members 11 and 12 each having a thickness of about 2.5 mm.
The entire structure is formed into a substantially quadratic curved surface.
Each of the reflecting plate members 11 and 12 has engaging parts 13 and 14 bent outward at a substantially right angle at both ends in the connecting direction, and one or more engaging parts 13 and 14 are formed on the outer surface in the middle of the engaging parts 13 and 14. Rib-shaped mounting fixing part 15,1
6 and 17 are integrally molded along the width direction. Grooves 18, 19, 20 are formed over the entire length of each of the fixing portions 15, 16, 17, respectively.

Further, grooves 18 formed on the mounting and fixing portion 15 of one of the reflecting plate members 11 at both ends of the reflecting plate 1
Both ends of the pair of connecting members 21 and 22 are fixed between the connecting member 21 and the groove 20 of the fixing part 17 of the other reflecting plate member 12 with screws 23 and 24, A connecting member 21 is bridged between the mounting and fixing parts 15 and 17. The pair of connecting members 21 and 22 have two socket mounting holes 26 centered on the cord insertion hole 25 at opposing centers.
Screw insertion holes 27 through which the screws 23 and 24 pass are formed at opposite ends. A pair of sockets 28 and 29 for holding both ends of a lamp 31 are attached to both socket attachment holes 26 by screws 30, respectively. Note that the cord insertion hole 25, the socket attachment hole 26, and the screw insertion hole 27 are punched out at the same time by press processing, so that their relative positions are accurately positioned.

With such a configuration, the sockets 28 and 29 are attached in advance to the socket attachment holes 26 of the pair of connecting members 21 and 22 with screws 30. Here, the engaging portions 13 and 14 formed at the joint portions of the two reflector members 11 and 12 are combined to form the engaging portions 13 and 14.
14 by fitting and connecting the coupling fittings 32 to connect them to each other, a pair of coupling members 21 and 22 are positioned at both ends thereof so that the pair of sockets 28 and 29 face each other, and the screws of the coupling members 21 and 22 are Insertion hole 27
Pass the screws 23 and 24 through the reflector members 11 and 12.
By screwing and tightening the grooves 18, 20 of the mounting fixing parts 15, 17, and fixing the connecting members 21, 22 as a bridge between both the reflecting plate members 11, 12,
The two reflecting plate members 11 and 12 form a pair of connecting members 2.
1 and 22, they are connected to each other. Therefore, since the two reflecting plate members 11 and 12 are properly connected to each other at both ends thereof at intervals of the screw insertion holes 27 that are accurately drilled in advance in the pair of connecting members 21 and 22, the reflection The entire shape of the plate 1 can be configured to obtain a predetermined light distribution characteristic.

Here, the lamp 31 is installed between the sockets 28 and 29 of the pair of connecting members 21 and 22. At this time, since the sockets 28 and 29 are accurately positioned relative to the reflector 1 by the pair of connecting members 21 and 22, the position of the lamp 31 relative to the reflector 1 is accurately set.

After assembling the reflector 1 and lamp 31 in this way, they are set inside the appliance housing. Therefore, the plurality of reflector members 11 and 12 can be properly connected to form the reflector 1 before being assembled into the instrument casing, and the lamp 31 can be accurately set on the reflector 1. It can be easily installed into the body without requiring any adjustment work.

In particular, in this embodiment, each reflection plate member 11, 12
The mounting and fixing parts 15, 16, 17 are formed in a rib shape, and the pair of connecting members 21, 22 are attached using the mounting and fixing parts 15, 16, 17. 16 and 17 have the advantage of preventing each of the reflecting plate members 11 and 12 from bending in the width direction.

According to the present invention, mounting fixing portions are formed at both ends of the plurality of reflecting plate members constituting the reflecting plate,
Since the connecting members are bridge-connected between the mounting and fixing parts at each side end, a plurality of reflecting plate members can be connected correctly to each other by the connecting members at both side ends, and therefore a reflection plate that can obtain a predetermined light distribution characteristic. Since the socket can be configured as a plate and the socket is mounted opposite to both connecting members, the mounting position of the socket relative to the reflector can be accurately defined via the linking member, and therefore, the position of the lamp etc. relative to the reflector can be accurately defined. The light source can be set correctly.
