Therefore, the air filtered by the filter is sucked into the fan, so fine dust passes through the filter and is sucked into the fan, accelerating wear on mechanical parts, and only large dust such as fallen leaves are removed. If the mesh of the filter is made too large to collect dust, a large amount of dust will be sucked into the fan and hinder the operation of the fan, and in order to use a bag-shaped dust collection container with a simple structure, This has disadvantages such as requiring a case to cover the dust collection container, which makes the structure more complicated. In order to eliminate this drawback, conventionally, a nozzle that blows out pressurized air is installed in the dust collection path from the dust suction pipe to the dust collection container, and the suction air generated around this nozzle draws dust into the dust suction pipe. There are devices that suck the dust and transport the dust to a dust collection container using the pressure air of the nozzle.Alternatively, the nozzle has an annular spout and the suction air generated in the central hole transports the dust into the dust collection pipe. There was one that sucked in the dust and transported it to a dust collection container using the pressure air from the nozzle. This method has the advantage that dust does not pass through the fan, so it does not interfere with the operation of the fan, and a bag-shaped dust collection container with a simple structure can be used. When the nozzle protrudes inside and collects large-sized dust such as fallen leaves, the passage of the dust is obstructed and there is a risk of clogging.

置を提供しようとするものである。 The present invention provides a tube-shaped dust collection path that transports dust from the dust suction pipe to the dust collection container, and a pressure air passage sent from the blower pipe, without changing the cross-sectional area of the dust collection path.
By merging diagonally toward the conveyance direction, there is no possibility that dust will be sucked into the ventilation fan and interfere with operation, the structure is simple, and it is easy to separate and collect dust, and the dust path is tubular. It is an object of the present invention to provide a dust collecting device that is formed so that its cross-sectional area does not change, so that even large-sized dust such as fallen leaves will not be blocked from passing through.

う。 In addition, in the present invention, "tubular and without changing cross-sectional area" means that the dust collection path at the part where the air flow paths merge is formed into a tubular shape with almost no change in cross-sectional area. By merging obliquely toward the conveying direction, it is possible to generate negative pressure in the dust suction pipe without protruding a nozzle or the like into the dust collection path. Hereinafter, one embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

That is, 3 is a main body case containing an engine (not shown) and a blower fan (not shown), 5 is a handle provided on the upper part of the main body case 3, and 7 is a low-pressure pressure air generated by the blower fan. It is an air pipe that blows air. Reference numeral 9 denotes a dust collector detachably attached to the tip of the air pipe 7, and is constructed as follows. That is, 11 is a confluence part that fits into the tip of the blower pipe 7, and between the inflow port 13 and the outlet port 15, the blower path 17 connects to the dust collection path 19.
, they merge diagonally toward the outlet 15 . The dust collection path 19 transports dust from the dust suction pipe 21 to a dust collection container 29, which will be described later, and is formed in a tubular shape.
In the vicinity of the merging portion 11, the cross-sectional area is formed in a shape that does not change. The dust suction pipe 21 connects to the confluence section 11
A conical dust suction body 25 is connected and fixed to the lower end of the dust absorber 25 by fitting into the suction port 23 at the lower part thereof, and an opening 26 is opened at the lower part. 27 is a guide ring rotatably provided at the rear of the dust suction body 25. Reference numeral 29 denotes a bag-shaped dust collection container suspended below the blast pipe 7 by a fixing fitting 31, and an opening 33 fits into the outer periphery of the outlet 15 and is fixed by the fixing fitting 35.

The lower surface is moved forward while maintaining an appropriate distance from the ground surface. Low-pressure air generated by a blower fan (not shown) flows through the confluence pipe 1.
1 passes through the air passage 17 from the inlet 13 at high speed,
The dust enters the dust collection container 29 from the outlet 15, passes through the fabric, and is released into the atmosphere. When the air passes through the air passage 17 at high speed, the air in the dust collection passage 19 is drawn in, creating a negative pressure, and the air is sucked through the opening 26 of the dust suction body 25. This sucked air sucks dust on the ground surface, passes through the dust collection path 19 from the dust suction pipe 21, merges with the air in the ventilation path 17, enters the dust collection bag 29, and is separated and collected.

That is, (1) since pressure air is used, it can be attached to a portable blower, and the work of blowing fallen leaves etc. and the work of collecting dust can be performed interchangeably. (2) Since pressurized air is used, the diameter of the air pipe becomes smaller, making it more compact. (3) There is no need to make the filter mesh thinner, reducing the load on the engine and preventing overheating. (4) Dust is not sucked into the blower and operation is not obstructed. (Five)
Dust can be easily separated and collected, and a bag-shaped dust collection container can be used. (6) The dust collection path at the merging part is formed in a shape with no change in cross-sectional area, making it possible to form a smooth shape without any protrusions such as nozzles inside. Even dust can be collected smoothly.
