I was using the pointer to move.

The dust box 44 equipped with the dust box 2b detachably connects the dust box 3 to the electric blower 1.
and a body with a built-in cord reel 5; 7 is a dust indicator whose one end is connected between the filters 2a, 2b and the electric blower 1, and the other end is connected to the outside air; 8 is a pointer 9 in the dust indicator 7; It is a transparent indicator window that allows you to see the movement. 10 is a spring that biases the pointer 9.
In such a configuration, when the degree of vacuum between the filter and the electric blower increases due to the filter becoming clogged or the dust box becoming full of dust, the pointer 9 moves to indicate this to the user.

The dust clogging detection device is made up of printed electrodes and a spring that biases the valve. When the degree of vacuum increases, the valve opens, allowing outside air to flow in to prevent the electric blower from burning out. A conductive valve separates from an electrode on a printed circuit board to detect clogging.

いことはいうまでもない。 The operation of the above configuration will be explained. When the valve 32 is not clogged with dirt, the valve 32 is biased by the spring 33 to block the air inlet 31 and short-circuit the electrodes 35a and 35b. Next, when the vacuum level increases due to dirt clogging, the valve 32 is moved by a force stronger than the bias of the spring 33. Therefore, the air inflow hole 31 is opened and outside air is introduced. Therefore, the electric blower 22 is cooled and burnout is prevented. At the same time, electrodes 35a and 35b are opened. FIG. 4 shows an example of a display circuit, in which the electrodes 35a, 35 are connected in parallel to a neon lamp 42 connected in series with a resistor 41.
Normally, the valve 32 connects the electrodes 35a and 35b, so the neon lamp 42 does not light up. However, if the vacuum level increases due to clogging with dust, the valve 32 closes the electrodes 35a and 35b. The circuit moves away from the circuit and becomes open, and the neon lamp 42 lights up.
Displays garbage clogging to the user. It goes without saying that instead of the neon lamp, an LED lamp or a buzzer may be used.

のである。Effects of the Invention As described above, according to the present invention, a conductive valve that closes a ventilation hole provided on a printed circuit board communicating with the atmosphere;
It consists of electrodes made by printing on this printed circuit board and a spring that biases the valve, and when the degree of vacuum increases due to clogging with dirt, the valve opens and outside air is introduced, preventing the electric blower from burning out. When the conductive valve separates from the electrode on the printed circuit board, an electrical signal indicating dirt clogging can be generated, and it is inexpensive and has a simple structure.
