以下この発明の一実施例を配線器具の取付枠に
応用した第2図乃至第6図に基づいて説明する。
第2図は板材を打抜加工した際の形状を示し、造
営材へ取り付けるねじのねじ孔1と表面に装着す
るプレートのねじ孔2を形成した取付部3と、こ
の取付部3の相互間をつなぐ側片部4と、この側
片部4に複数個形成し、容器5に設けた突起6を
めつけて器体7と蓋体8を組み立てる係止部9
を形成すると共に、左右の側片部4に対応して形
成した少くとも一対の係止部9相互間は二本の橋
絡片10によつてつないでいる。尚、第3図に示
す如く、一本の橋絡片10aとしてもよい。この
状態で、幅Rを橋絡片10相互間の距離Sよりも
大きくすることにより窓孔11に取付部3がは入
ることを防止することもできる。次に、第2図の
状態で表面にメツキ加工を施すものである。この
場合、左右の側片部4に形成した係止部9は橋絡
片10によりつながれているのでバレルメツキを
行つても係止部9が変形することは無い。そし
て、メツキ加工を施したのち第4図及び第5図に
示す如く、パーツフイーダXによつて一定方向に
整列させる。次に、工程bで橋絡片10を切断
し、工程c,dの二動作で係止部9を下方に折曲
する。そして、蓋体8に設けた突起6aの凹所1
2に舌片13を載置し、器体7に設けた突起6b
に係止部9を嵌合したのち突起6bの凹所14へ
係止部9を変形させることにより、突起6をめ
付けて容器5を組み立てている。15は、造営材
に係止して取付枠のずれを防ぐ爪片である。
