筆の先部を、鉛筆削り機構の鉛筆挿入孔に挿入さ
せ、鉛筆の後部を握つて走行体を所定の進行方向
に押し進めると、車輪が回転し、この回転が車軸
に固着された第1のギア及び鉛筆削り機構に設け
られた第2のギアを介して鉛筆削り機構に伝えら

れている。また前記小径部17には凹部18が設
けられている。一方前記鉛筆削り部14には、前
記鉛筆2が挿入される鉛筆挿入孔19が逆円錐状
に設けられており、またその母線に沿つて切刃2
0が鉛筆挿入孔19に臨むようにして取付けられ
ている。また鉛筆削り部14の底部には下向きに
突起部21が突設されており、その突起部21は
回転伝動部13の前記凹部18に上下方向のみ摺
動可能になるように嵌挿されている。ところで前
記回転伝動部13と前記鉛筆削り部14との間に
は前記収納室4の底部を介してスプリング22が
介装されているので、鉛筆2が挿入されていない
時にはスプリング22の弾発力により前記鉛筆削
り部14は上位に常に偏倚している。なお23は
空間部であり前記切刃20により削り取られた鉛
筆2の屑を前記収納室4に導くために設けられた

になる。なお鉛筆削り部14はそれ以上には上動
しないので、走行体1を引き続き走行させてもそ
