すようになした選針機構を提供することを目的と
している。そして円板の多数の直径上且複数の同
心円上に植え込まれたピンは円板中心の両側にて
第1選針と第2選針とを同時に行なはせるもので

説明する。1は丸編機のシリンダで円筒状をなし
ていて、第1図の左方に垂直な中心線を有し図示
しない駆動装置により回転させられる。2はシリ
ンダ1の回転により上下動させられる垂直編針で
ある。3はシリンダ1の上部に設けられた円板状
のダイヤルで、前記中心線と同一の中心線の回わ
りに回転させられる。4はダイヤル3の上面に前
記中心線から外方に向かう放射状等角度間隔に刻
設された針用溝で断面が矩形状をなし、底面は外
周近傍の水平な面5とその内側の半径方向に円弧
状をなした一段低い面6とからなつている。溝4
内には中心近くに水平にジヤツク7が、またその
外方に編針8が遊挿されていて、ジヤツク7は前
記円弧状底面6に取付けられたばね9によつて常
に上方に付勢されている。10は円板状のカム基
台でダイヤル3と同心をなし図示しない本体に固
定されている。11は円板状のダイヤルカムでダ
イヤル3の上面とわずかの隙間をもつて基台10
の下面に同心に固着されている。そしてダイヤル
カム11の下面には編針8のバツト12に係合す
る第1カム溝13とジヤツク7のバツト14に係
合する第2カム溝15が刻設されていて、第2カ
ム溝15はウエルトカム面15A、タツクカム面
15B、ニツトカム面15Cにより構成されてい
る。16は前記ウエルトカム面15Aとタツクカ
ム面15Bの第1変向点イ及びタツクカム面15
Bとニツトカム面15Cの第2変向点ロにまたが
つた位置に設けられた選針機構である。そしてこ
の選針機構16はウエルトカム面15Aに接触し
ているジヤツク7のバツト14を第1変向点イに
おいてタツクカム面15Bに接触させて編針8を
作動させるか、或いはバツト14をカム面からは
ずして編針8を作動させないようにするかの選針
を行なはせる第1選針部17と、タツクカム面1
5Bに接触しているジヤツク7のバツト14を第
2変向点ロにおいてニツトカム面15Cに接触さ
せて編針8を作動させるか、或いはバツト14を
カム面からはずして編針8を作動させないように
するかの選針を行なはせる第2選針部18とを有
している。19は選針機構16のブラケツトでカ
ム基台10に固着されている。20はブラケツト
19の上面に取付けられたパルスモータ、21は
パルスモータ20の出力軸に取付けられ前記2つ
の変向点位置にまたがる大きさを有する円板、2
2は円板21に等角度間隔に複数列の直径上各列
等ピツチ間隔の同心円上に複数個穿設されたピン
穴23に編成組織に応じて挿入されたピンであ
る。そして第4図にピン穴23とピン22の配列
の状態例を示す。24は前記第1選針部17にお
いて第2カム溝15に対してほゞ直角な方向に複
数枚前記ピン穴23と同一のピツチにて並列して
ブラケツト19に枢支された上部押え板であつ
て、前記ピン穴23の一列が所定位置に割出され
たとき、各ピン穴とそれぞれ相対応する。25は
上部押え板24に対して直角な方向に複数枚並列
してブラケツト19に枢支されたジヤツク用押え
板であり、上面にそれぞれ1個のバツト26を有
している。27はブラケツト19の下面に取付け
られ、各ジヤツク用押え板25にそれぞれ係合し
て常にジヤツク用押え板25を上方に付勢してい
る板ばねである。ジヤツク7は第5図に詳細を示
すように両側に上げバツト14Aと下げバツト1
4Bを有し中間に複数の選針バツト14Cを有し
ている。この選針バツト14Cは編成する組織に
応じて適宜折り取られるのであるが、折り取りを
行なうまでの数とジヤツク用押え板25の枚数、
上部押え板の枚数、及び円板21の半径上の1列
に穿設されているピン穴23の数とが全て一致さ
せられている。本実施例の場合この数は8であ
り、またジヤツク7は6枚が1組として構成され
ている。そして1枚のジヤツク7に設けられてい
る選針バツト8本のうち6本は特定の1×1A、
1×1B等の組織を編成するために用いられるも
のであつて、残り2本は任意の組織を編成するた
めに用いられるものである。そのため6枚1組の
ジヤツク7に関しては各8本の選針バツト14C
のうち6本の選針バツトは第6図に示すように、
それぞれ位置を変えて順次1本づつ残して他が折
り取られ、残り2本の選針バツトは所望の組織に
応じて折り取りが行なはれる。また8枚のジヤツ
ク用押え板25のそれぞれのバツト26も1枚づ
つ位置を変えて順次1本づつ取付けられている。
第2選針部18においても上部押え板、ジヤツク
用押え板、板ばねによる全く同一の機構が設けら
