ゴム8を第2図に示す如く締付ける。 Reference numeral 5 denotes a steel plate top plate of the door 4, the end of which is bent into a U-shape over the entire length in the vertical direction.
a, an end surface 5b and a back surface 5c are formed. 5d is a plurality of screw holes provided at appropriate intervals in the vertical direction of the back surface 5c, and 6 is an aluminum or aluminum plate bent into a U-shape so as to cover the entire length of the top plate 5 in the vertical direction. A guide portion 6a, an end surface 6b, and a back surface 6c are formed of joints made of stainless steel plates, and are fitted to the end of the top plate 5 as shown in FIG. 6d is a plurality of holes provided on the back surface 6c at the same spacing as the screw holes 5d, and 7 is a holding plate having the same length as the front plate 5, with a plurality of holes 7a provided at the same spacing as the screw holes 5d. It is equipped with Reference numeral 8 is a buffer rubber having the same length as the top plate 5, and has a plurality of holes 8a provided at the same intervals as the screw holes 5d. Note that the positions of the plurality of holes 5d, 6d, 7a, and 8a of each component are determined so that the upper and lower ends of the top plate 5, joint 6, presser plate 7, and buffer rubber 8 are aligned. Reference numeral 9 denotes a fastening member consisting of a bolt, which fastens the joint 6, presser plate 7, and buffer rubber 8 to the top plate 5 as shown in FIG.

悪いものとなつていた。 First, the surface 5a of the top plate 5 and the marking part 6a of the joint 6.
Because there is a step between the steps and sometimes there is a slight gap in this part, when the door 4 is opened, a part of the customer's body may touch this step and be injured, or the tip of the nail may touch the door. There was a risk of getting into this gap and getting injured. Further, since the joint 6 is formed by bending an aluminum or stainless steel plate, it is not possible to narrow the width (A) of the facing portion, resulting in an unsightly appearance when the doors 4, 4' are fully closed.

10a is a fixing part, 10b is an intermediate part, 10c is a mounting part on the back side, 10d is a plurality of screw holes provided at appropriate intervals in the vertical direction of the mounting part 10c, 11 is an adhesive, and 10 is a reinforcing member 10. is adhesively fixed to the back surface of the top plate 5 at a position slightly retracted from the end of the top plate 5, as shown in FIG. Reference numeral 12 denotes a pull-out joint rod made of aluminum or stainless steel, which has a substantially groove-shaped cross section, and its length in the vertical direction is set to be the same as that of the top plate 5. 12a is the marking part, 1
2b is a recessed surface formed on the outer surface of one of the groove-shaped side walls 12b', and has a stepped portion 12c extending from the surface of the indexing portion 12a by the thickness of the top plate 5. 12d is the bottom of the groove shape, 12e is the other side wall of the groove shape, 12f is a plurality of holes provided in the side wall 12e at the same intervals as the screw holes 10d, and 13 is a groove-shaped bottom part of the joint bar 12. As shown in FIG. 3, it is adhesively fixed to the back side of the end of the top plate 5.

きる。 That is, the joint bar 12 is extruded so that the width B of the indexing portion 12a is arbitrarily selected and has a receding surface 12b, and in order to fit the end of the top plate 5 thereto, Marking part 12a of joint bar 12
Since the surface of the door 4 is flush with no difference in level, even if a part of the passenger's body touches this part during the opening operation of the door 4, accidents such as injury can be prevented. Also, joint bar 12
Since it is extrusion molded, the width B of the locating part 12a can be made as thin as just a few millimeters.
The appearance of the doors 4, 4' when fully closed can be improved.

に安価に製作できる。 FIG. 4 shows another embodiment of the present invention, in which the same reference numerals as in FIGS. 1 to 3 indicate the same parts.
e, 5f are a plurality of welded studs planted at appropriate intervals in the vertical direction of the top plate 5, and 10e is a reinforcing material 10.
10f is a plurality of operation holes provided in the mounting part 10c at the same spacing as the holes 12g, and 12g is a side wall 12b of the joint bar 12. a plurality of holes provided at the same intervals as the welding studs 5f, 1
2h is a plurality of operation holes provided in the side wall 12e of the joint bar 12 at the same intervals as the holes 12g, and operation holes 1
0f and 12h are slightly shifted in the vertical direction so as not to interfere with the hole 12f. Numerals 13 and 14 are fasteners made of nuts, and the top plate 5, reinforcing material 10, and joint bar 12 are assembled and fixed as shown in FIG.
That is, in this embodiment, in addition to the functions of the embodiment shown in FIG.
Since a mechanical connection is added to fix the joint bar 12, the reliability of the product can be improved. In addition,
This embodiment includes a top plate 5, a reinforcing agent 10, and a joint bar 12.
Although a combination of adhesion and mechanical bonding was used for fixing the studs 5e and 5f, the manufacturing cost can be reduced by using only mechanical bonding between the welding studs 5e and 5f and the fastening materials 13 and 14 without using the adhesives 11 and 13.
