Description
この発明は、転がり軸受の転動体を保持するリ
テナーを、転動体を保持するポケツトを形成する
多数のブロツク状をした保持部材によつ構成し、
当該保持部材を環状をした弾性体にて環状に連結
して一つのリテナーを形成することにより、リテ
ナーにフレキシブル性を持たせ、軸受の振動を吸
収するようにしたリテナーに関するものである。
以下この発明の詳細を図面に示す実施例に従つて
説明すると次の通りである。
第1図は、この発明に係る保持部材1の1例を
示すものであり、この図に示す保持部材1は、ベ
ークライトもみ抜き保持器をポケツト2,2……
の中央即ち、もみ抜き保持器の中心線に対して軸
方向に切断することにより得られたものであり、
その両側面には凹溝3が設けてある。
そして上記保持部材1を第2図a及びbに示す
ように、各保持部材1の切断面が隣接する保持部
材1の切断面と対向するようにして保持部材1を
環状に配置する。次に、各保持部材1の両側に形
成した凹溝3内に環状のゴム板4を接着するか又
は埋め込むことにより、各保持部材1をフレキシ
ブルに連結してフレキシブルリテナー5を形成し
たものである。
第3図は、ベークライトもみ抜き保持器を、隣
接するポケツト2の中間で切断することにより、
保持部材1を形成した例を示すものである。この
図に示す保持部材1も上述したものと同様、両側
面に環状のゴム板4と嵌合する凹溝3が設けてあ
り、この凹溝3にゴム板4を嵌合さすことによ
り、上述したのと同様、フレキシブルリテナーを
構成するようにしてある。
尚、上記2つの実施例は、保持部材1を、ベー
クライトもみ抜き保持器を切断することによつて
得た例を示したが、この保持部材1はポリアセタ
ール、ナイロン等の合成樹脂よりなる射出成形に
よつて個々に形成するようにしてもよい。又、保
持部材1を連結することによつて得られるフレキ
シブルリテナー5に剛性をもたせるには、ゴム板
4の厚みを増すか、やや硬目のゴム板4を用いれ
ばよい。
このように、この発明に係るフレキシブルリテ
ナー5は、転動体6を保持するポケツト2を有す
るブロツク状をした多数の保持部材1を、環状を
したゴム板4にて環状に連結することにより、1
個のフレキシブルリテナー5を形成するようにし
たから、リテナーにフレキシブル性を持たすこと
ができ、軸受回転中に発生する振動を当該フレキ
シブルリテナー5のブロツク間の隙間にて吸収す
ることができる。
