供給される高周波を撹拌する電波撹拌装置で、こ
の電波撹拌装置13は第3図に示す如く、加熱室
上壁14に下方にふくらみのない支持軸15をビ
ス16で固定し、この支持軸15に電波撹拌翼7
を有する回転体18が回転自在に装置されてい
