位置決めブロツク10,11における定規面13
a,13bの内側に設けたストツパーであつて、
ダイヤフラム5a,5bの側面の位置を規制する
ものであり、一例として長孔とボルトにより突出
具合を調節自在としたものである。また、図示は
しないがダイヤフラム5a,5bの上下方向の位
置調節のため定規面13a,13bの内側の下面
に必要に応じてスペーサを装着するものである。
また符号14a,14bはクリツプブロツクであ
つて、締付機構15を具える。このものは第10
図に示す様に上記直進運動機構12と同様、左ね
じ23a、と右ねじ23bを連結した送りねじ2
3にクリツプブロツク14a,14bと一体のナ
ツト24a,24bを夫々螺合させたものであつ
て、送りねじ15に取付けた回転ハンドル25を
