断端はあらかじめ開先加工を施したのち、更にこ
れに裏あて金を取付け、然るのち熔接加工を施す
こととしている。

離反自在に形成し、また基台2の中央部にはクリ
ツプブロツク4を設けたものである。このものは
柱脚等の両側の切断端に同時に裏あて金を取付け
ることができるから寸法精度の高い加工をするこ
とができる利点はあるが、反面、このものは柱脚
等をこれに載置して取付作業をするようなつてい
るので、位置決め具を堅牢なものとしなければな
らない。従つて位置決め具はそれ自体が重量であ
るし、しかも柱脚等は重量物であるから取扱い上
その大きさにも制限があつて、接合ブロツクの様
な小形のものに限定されたのである。

の事実上の取付姿勢を決めるものであつて、柱脚
等に位置決め具を取付けるときは、係合ピン10
を柱脚等の上面に接触させ、係合ピン11をその
側面に接触させるのである。符号12は磁石であ
る。このものは柱脚等に対して所定の位置にセツ
トされた位置決め具をこれに固定させるものであ
つて、図示はしないがつまみ13を操作すること
により柱脚等に対する吸着と解除を行なうように
なつている。

し、更に詳しくは係合ピン10の先端を含む平面
と係合ピン11の先端を含む平面とに対して直角
になつているのである。摺動ブロツク6は位置決
めブロツク7を進退させるものであつて、これに
よつて位置決めブロツク7を柱脚等の切断端の前
の所望の位置に固定させて柱脚等に対する裏あて
金の突出量を規制するもので、このもの自体、基
板8の上面に設けられた摺動レール15に進退自
在に取付けられている。そして、摺動ブロツク6
の上面には雌螺旋16が突設されており、これと
基板8との間に雄螺軸17が取付けられていて、
この雄螺軸17を回動させることにより、摺動ブ
ロツク6が回動量に比例した量だけ前後に移動す
