可能であつた。

をずらせて垂直状態に起立且つ裏面部同士を接触
せしめて凸部間にて相互挟み込ませしめ、万十瓦
相互間に何等治具を用いることなく整列せしめる
様にした瓦の整列焼成方法を提供して上記欠点を
解消せんとするものである。

置が規制され、且つ万十瓦、雪止瓦の桟部9,9
aにて瓦そのものとしても起立状態になされてい
ることと相俟つて二個の瓦同士が堅固に支持安定

の万十瓦1,1aの垂れ3,3aを左右方向に位
置をずらせて垂直状態に起立且つ裏面4,4a部
同士を接触せしめて凸部7,8を相互に挟み込ま
しめる様にしたので、従来トンネル炉内を通過せ
しめる焼成台車に載置する棚板にかかる万十瓦、
雪止瓦を起立、整列するにあたり、該万十瓦、雪
止瓦相互間には必ず支持金具を有せしめていた
が、本発明によれば二枚の万十瓦、雪止瓦1,1
aの垂れ3,3aを左右方向に位置をずらせて垂
直状態に起立、且つ裏面4,4a部同士を接触せ
しめて凹部5aに凸部6を、凹部5に凸部6aを
各々嵌合せしめることにより、桟部9,9aにて
棚板に安定的に起立載置された万十瓦1,1aは
上嵌合方法によつて相互間に何等治具を用いるこ
となく、且つ裏面4,4aが接触状態になされて
いることと相俟つて堅固に起立、整列され、焼成
台車がトンネル炉内を通過される途中に於ける振
動並びに揺動にても万十瓦同士が嵌合状態から逸
脱されることなく安定しつつ整列され、且つ焼成
に適した状態に供せられるのである。
