Conventional configuration and its problems At present, information such as predictions of major earthquakes and tsunami warnings that have a direct and serious impact on human life and social life is transmitted from broadcasting stations, even if the television receiver is turned off. A system is being put into practical use that can automatically turn on a switch to receive the emergency broadcasts mentioned above. FIG. 1 shows an example of the configuration of a conventional emergency warning broadcast receiving device. In the figure 1
is a tuner, 2 is a video intermediate frequency amplification/detection circuit,
3 is an audio detection circuit, 4 is an audio amplification output circuit, 5 is a speaker, and 6 is a channel selection circuit, which constitute a television receiver. 7 is the power supply circuit,
Power is constantly supplied to each of the above-mentioned circuits from this power supply circuit 7, regardless of whether the television receiver's power switch is turned on or off, so that the circuits are in a state of waiting to receive an emergency warning broadcast. An audio detection signal is outputted from the output terminal of the audio detection circuit 3, and is supplied to the emergency warning broadcast decoder circuit 8 and the audio amplification output circuit 4, respectively. The above emergency warning broadcast decoder circuit 8
The system consists of a demodulation circuit for converting the FSK signal into a 2-set signal and a code discrimination circuit for the 2-set signal, and when an emergency warning broadcast is received, its output becomes high level. The output end of the emergency warning broadcast decoder circuit 8 is connected to an audio output stage power supply control circuit 9. Terminal 10 is connected to the supply end of a power supply produced by a flyback transformer (not shown), so that when the power switch of the television receiver is closed, a voltage is applied to this terminal 10. The audio output stage power supply control circuit 9 takes the logical sum of the output of the emergency warning broadcast decoder circuit 8 and the terminal 10, and outputs the result when the power switch of the television receiver is turned on or when an emergency warning broadcast is received. The switch circuit 11 is inserted between the power supply circuit 7 and the power terminal of the audio amplification output circuit 4, and therefore operates to close the switch circuit 11. When an output is generated from 9, power is supplied to the audio amplification output circuit 4 and the speaker sounds. This allows viewers on television receivers to listen to the emergency warning broadcast.

In such a device, confirmation that an emergency warning broadcast is being received can only be made by the alarm sound sent by the emergency warning broadcast, and whether the transmitted caption is the one sent by the emergency warning broadcast or not. It is inconvenient that it is not possible to determine the Furthermore, it is desirable to be able to easily check whether the emergency warning broadcast receiving function is in a state where it can receive emergency warning broadcasts, that is, in what is called a standby state.

In FIG. 2, 12 is a transistor whose conduction/non-conduction is controlled by the output signal of the decoder circuit 8, whose emitter is grounded via a resistor 13, and whose collector is supplied with power from the power supply circuit 7. Connected to terminal +B. 14 is an oscillation circuit with an astable multivibrator configuration consisting of NAND gates 141, 142, resistors 143, 144, and capacitors 145, 146;
One input terminal of each of the gates 141 and 142 is connected to the emitter of the transistor 12,
The output terminal of the NAND gate 142 is connected to the base of the transistor 16 via the resistor 15. The emitter of the transistor 16 is grounded, and the collector is connected via a light emitting diode 17 to a terminal +B to which a power supply voltage is supplied from the power supply circuit 7. This light emitting diode 17 is installed in the front of the television receiver so that its lighting can be easily confirmed.

Next, the operation of the above configuration will be explained. When an emergency warning broadcast is not being received, the output of the decoder circuit 8 is at a low level, so the transistor 12 is non-conductive and its emitter is at a low level, and one input of the NAND gates 141 and 142 is at a low level. Therefore, the output of the oscillation circuit 14, that is, the output terminal of the NAND gate 142 becomes high level, and the transistor 16 becomes conductive.
As a result, current flows through the light emitting diode 17, and the light emitting diode 17 lights up. With this, now
You can be notified that you are on a waiting list.

Here, when an emergency warning broadcast is received, the output of the decoder circuit 8 becomes high level due to the start determination.
Transistor 12 becomes conductive. One input terminal of the NAND gates 141 and 142, which had been at a low level until then, becomes high, and as a result, the oscillation circuit 14 starts an oscillating operation, and the transistor 16 performs a switching operation, so that the light emitting diode 17 starts blinking. While the output of the decoder circuit 8 is at a high level, that is, until the decoder circuit 8 determines that the emergency warning broadcast has ended, the oscillation circuit 14 continues to oscillate and the light emitting diode 17 continues to blink. By blinking the light emitting diode 17, even a hearing-impaired person can recognize that an emergency warning broadcast is currently being broadcast.

By the way, if the emergency warning broadcast is broadcast on all broadcast stations, there is no problem with the configuration shown in Figure 2, but for example, when the emergency warning broadcast is started, only NHK is broadcast, and the start of broadcast by other broadcast stations is delayed. A problem arises with the configuration of FIG. That is, in the configuration shown in FIG. 2, the light emitting diode 17 is turned on while waiting for an emergency warning broadcast, regardless of the channel (whether the television receiver is in operation or not), so that the light emitting diode 17 is turned on when the emergency warning broadcast is on. Even if the user selects a channel on which no emergency warning broadcast is being broadcast, the user will mistakenly believe that he or she can receive the emergency warning broadcast. In particular, if you turn off the television receiver while tuning to a station that does not broadcast emergency warnings, you will not be able to receive emergency warning broadcasts even if they are broadcast, and you will not be able to know about the emergency situation. This poses a serious problem of not being able to do so. When turning off the power to the television receiver, even if you tune in to the station that broadcasts the emergency warning broadcast and then warn the user to turn off the power, the light emitting diodes will light up on all channels, so you may have to turn off the power. It's easy to forget.

Structure of the Invention The emergency warning broadcast receiving device according to the present invention is provided with an emergency broadcast station preset circuit section composed of a plurality of preset switches corresponding to a channel selection switch,
Only the preset switch corresponding to the tuning switch of the broadcasting station where the emergency warning will be broadcast is closed, the other preset switches are left open, and when the aforementioned broadcasting station where the emergency warning broadcast is performed is selected, the above-mentioned closed switch is closed. Connect one end of a display element such as a light emitting diode through a preset switch to a power source that generates voltage regardless of whether the television receiver is in operation or not, and insert it between the other end of this display element and a reference potential. During standby, the switching element is made conductive by the output of the decoder circuit and the display element is lit, and when the switch for selecting a station on which no other emergency warning is being broadcast is closed, the preset switch is in the open state. This prevents power from being connected to the display element, and the display element lights up only after selecting the station where the emergency warning broadcast is being broadcast, regardless of whether the television receiver is operating or not.
In particular, when the user wants to turn off the power to the television receiver, he or she only has to switch to a channel in which the display element lights up and then turn off the power, which is convenient for practical use.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIG. It should be noted that only essential parts are shown in the figure, and the same parts as in FIGS. 1 and 2 are given the same numbers and explained. In the figure, 61 indicates a tuning operation section of the tuning circuit 6. When any one of the channel selection switches 6a to 6e is closed, its state is locked, and when another switch is pressed in this state, the previously locked switch is unlocked, and the switch that was pressed later is locked. The structure is such that One fixed terminal of the channel selection switches 6a to 6e is connected to a terminal +B to which voltage is supplied from the power supply circuit 7. Reference numeral 18 denotes an emergency broadcast preset circuit section, which is provided with preset switches 18a to 18e, the same number as the channel selection switches 6a to 6e. Each of the preset switches 18a to 18e can be opened and closed independently, and is configured as a push switch, for example, when pressed once it closes and when pressed again it opens. Connect one fixed terminal of each of the preset switches 18a to 18e to the other fixed terminal of the channel selection operation section 61 (6a).
-18a, 6b-18b...6e-18e. The other fixed terminals of each of the preset switches 18a to 18e are connected in common to the anode of the light emitting diode 17. The other configurations are the same as in FIG. 2.

In the above configuration, if only NHK (channel 2) is currently broadcasting emergency warnings in Osaka (for purposes of explanation, the leftmost switch 6a is for selecting the second channel, and as you move further to the right, the switch 6a is for selecting the second channel). 4,
This is a switch for selecting channels 6, 8, and 10. ), only the preset switch 18a is closed. Therefore, only when the channel selection switch 6a is closed, the light emitting diode 17 lights up (when waiting for an emergency warning broadcast), and when an emergency warning broadcast is made and received in this state, the oscillation circuit 14 starts the oscillation operation as described above. The light emitting diode 17 starts blinking. Even if the other channel selection switches 6b to 6e are closed, the light emitting diode 17 does not light up, and of course does not blink. When an emergency warning broadcast is started later than NHK, for example, by Mainichi Broadcasting (channel 4) or Asahi Broadcasting (channel 6), close the preset switches 18b and 18c in addition to the preset switch 18a. Bye. Note that the tuning voltage supplied to the tuner 1 is determined by the preset circuit section 18 of the tuning switches 6a to 6e.
It can be created by taking out the voltage from the fixed terminal connected to the terminal and using a variable resistor or the like.

According to this configuration, the light emitting diode 17 is turned on only when the broadcasting station where the emergency warning broadcast is to be performed is turned on, so that the user is not given false recognition. Furthermore, even if the number of broadcast stations that carry out emergency warning broadcasts increases, it is only necessary to close the preset switch accordingly, which has the advantage of being easy to deal with.
